Well, Amazon just emailed me with their same non-answer.

I quote:

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Merch by Amazon account. After further review, we have determined that your account was correctly terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service. Your account will not be reinstated and no further payments will be made on this account.

If you would like to appeal this decision, please contact: https://merch.amazon.com/resource/201969850.

Your message should include any relevant information pertaining to your account status and/or past policy violations.

Please let us know how we did.

Were you satisfied with the support provided?"

To which I just replied:

"Are you serious?

Why do you keep on giving me this same exact NON-answer?

Again, how in the world am I supposed to appeal a violation when you won't even tell me what the alleged violation was?

Quite frankly, it seems as if you are doing something illegal and just trying to steal monies that are rightfully due to me.

I've enjoyed working with Merch by Amazon in the past, and I therefore wouldn't want to do anything to damage that relationship, but you're pretty much forcing me to turn this situation either over to my lawyer or to the Media because you're basically stealing my money and not even offering an explanation as to why you're doing it.

I'm going to ask you this one last time to tell me exactly why my account has been terminated.

In other words, what EXACTLY was my violation.

Even if there was a violation of which I'm genuinely presently unaware (because you keep skirting my question), then how does that allow you to steal monies from me which weren't related to that specific violation?

Seriously, I'm not a contentious type of person, but I'm not going to just sit by idly while you steal monies that are due to me.

Amazon already collected their portion of my sales, and now you're trying to take mine as well.

Tell me what THE EXACT VIOLATIONS were.

You're only adding insult to injury with your evasive non-answers which make it look like there is literally criminal intent on Amazon's part."

To be continued...

Apart from Divine intervention, my current situation with Amazon isn't going to end well for me.

If you've been following what's going on, and if you believe that I'm being wronged, then please say a prayer that God intervenes.

Of course, even if he does, in their own free will, they may (most likely will) still maintain their antichristian stance, but any prayers offered would still be appreciated.

Thank you.

I don't remember now, but this might have been the CC thread I was thinking of/mentioned earlier.

The timing of all of this is amazing to me.

Yesterday, I posted a link to one of my designs, then explained what I do for a living, and shortly thereafter my account was not only terminated, but my monies confiscated as well.

It's somewhat laughable, but not the least bit funny at the same time.

I honestly cannot imagine that Amazon is going to budge.

With such being the case, I need to find out what God would have me to do next.

I literally spent two years building up that account while working full-time simultaneously (I left my full-time job in mid-December).

They have tier levels at Amazon.

You start off at tier 10 which means that you're initially allowed to place a design on ten products or 10 different designs on single products, and after you make your first 10 sales, then they bump you up to tier 25 where you need to have 25 sales to move up to tier 50, etc., etc., etc.

When they terminated my account yesterday, I was at tier 6000.

It took a lot of time and effort to get there, and then it's not only gone in a moment, but also without any explanation as my monies are stolen.

It is what it is.

God, what's next?

morning Y’all. 😞☕️

Gloomy as hell outside, family drama trying to creep in and steal my already somewhat happiness cause it IS Friday, and it IS payday. control Freaks, “know it all’s” over critical people... I can’t stand those types...especially today...

in the blink of an eye I want it to be 7pm so my girlfriends can come over and have a nice girls night at my house with card games and wine. I just want NO drama today. At all.
Awww, I’m fixing to do (almost) the same thing except the card games.

Let’s ignore the know-it-alls and let them add the drama to themselves lol.

In relation to my car troubles, it's definitely something with my transmission.

They won't know the severity of the problem until tomorrow.

Whatever the case may be, God is great, and greatly to be praised.

It's been fine here. Hope you get your Amazon problems sorted out. I publish books on Amazon and so far no problems and the books are all Christian. I don't make a living of it but it's a nice monthly help. I can honestly say their payments are like clockwork on time every month. So I'm sorry to hear about your experience with them.

It's been working for me ever since I made my post (lol), but it kept on freezing up on me earlier in the day. In fact, I lost some pretty long posts when I tried to submit them.

Regarding your Amazon books, are they audiobooks?

I'm asking because Amazon had been sending me all sorts of email about that.

I looked into it and considered it, but I don't know if they've cut me off for good (by my IP address) or not.

They always paid me like clockwork too.

I always got paid on the 29th of the month (except in February) for the previous month's sales.

They owe me around $3000 and something for last month, but they're telling me that they're not going to pay me.

On top of that, they owe me for the sales that I did in the first 10 days of this month, but, once again, they're not planning on paying me.

We'll see how this ends, but I really don't expect it to end well.

They view themselves as giants.

Hmmmm?

On second thought, I am feeling a little Davidic...lol.

Whatever.

Life goes on, and I'll do my best to serve Christ whatever comes next.

Yeah that's a lot of money not to be paid out.. Keep fighting your case. You could just sign up again and try that? I'm not sure how that would work:unsure: But I'l be praying for you, to lose your income overnight must be quite a stressful situation.

Regarding the books no I don't do audio it's juts good old fashioned ink and paper lol. I don't write them though. Just publish.

Although I do keep wondering about writing one myself... what would it be about ?? lol Any suggestion's anyone?

So there's a question for everyone, If I were to write a book what would it be about... what story-line? And by the way if I nick your story idea I'm not paying you royalties:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::LOL:

You should write about something you're very familiar with, so maybe soup...lol.

They told me that I can never sign up again.

They'd probably block me by my IP address.

Besides, it took me quite some time to build up my account.

When I first started selling, I made like $32 that month.

I'd been averaging $3000 a month when they axed me, plus some sales from some other sites.

Btw, a lot my sales were international.

I was selling a lot of merchandise in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, but they axed it all.

I was internationally renowned, but now I'm a global flop...lol.

Yeah soup lol. I don't think anyone wants to read about my soup skills.:unsure:

Well, I pray you find something soon. You don't sound as if this will knock you down, you'l bounce back - I'm sure you will(y)

You giving up? Shop around.
Me?

I've tried several other Print on Demand websites, and Merch by Amazon was by far the best if for no other reason than their customer base.

The only other Print on Demand site that I make any reasonable amount of money on is Redbubble, which, I believe, has its main headquarters in Australia where Ruby lives.

Normally, I only make about $300 a month there, although I usually do between $700 to $1200 a month between the months of September and January.

On Redbubble, I've sold to people in Australia, Austria, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, Sweden, Saudi Arabia (I couldn't believe that one) the USA, etc., etc., etc.

In all honesty, it's kind of a rush knowing that people are using merchandise (Redbubble sells far more than just clothing...blankets, comforters, duvets, mugs, pillows, etc., etc.) containing designs that you've created in different parts of the world...especially when those designs are Christian-themed in nature. For me, it was another means by which to potentially share the gospel. I probably have about 100 different Christian-themed t-shirts/hoodies myself...some which I've designed myself, and some which were designed by others. God only knows how many conversations about Christ I've gotten into over the years after somebody commented on either a Christian-themed shirt, hoodie, or hat (sometimes even my belt) I was wearing at the time It was sort of a ministry for me, but, alas, the axe fell...lol.

It is what it is.

I'll probably just turn my attention towards a Christian blog first, and then see what comes next.

I know that I'm taking this all rather jovially, but it really was a big hit.

However, nothing is bigger than God, so I'm good.
