well you can spout your numbers of all you like I trust our NHS service and the advice of NHS doctors, who don't do the operations themselfs, but have enough expert knowledged to know when a person is eligible to be considered for gender identity correction.

Where did Jesus say people were born with genetic defects? and also everything else as far as science goes yes science prroves the defects in the genetic code lots of research have been done inspecting it and it is not a theory of the seed it is literally written plain and simple look at the sotry of adam and eve again look at the mating with the sons of God the giants that roamed the lands.
