I am quoting his good buddy, Peter, who, at the time he wrote his letter, knows that Satan cannot prowl around like a roaring lion if he is bound in a bottomless pit.
But adding to Revelation by doing so.

No logic = no sound argument.

Why is this simple concept so difficult for you to grasp?
The 9 gifts of the Spirit were miraculous. If you have any they result in miracles. You don't see this today. Or for thousands of years now.

Personal experience says otherwise.

Philip in Samaria (Acts 8) is a guy with the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and gifts given through the Apostle's hands. Do you know anyone like this?

Here's another logical refutation for you:

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

It's part of the Apostle's gifts. Nothing like that today.
How did you come to that conclusion? Was the church of Corinth made up of only apostles? Have you read 1 Corinthians 12...It talks about the gifts and how they are administered and make up the whole body of Christ (Church). If you take one out is that not weakening the body? I mean it seems to explain it quite clearly to me.

If I don't like my feet and want to cut them off then I can do so, but it will be my own fault when I can't walk....
