All I can do is shake my head. Christian nationalists talk a big game but when it comes right down to it they don't hold Christian values. When Kamala Harris talks about equity, that sounds more Christian to me than the Donald's plan to give tax breaks to the wealthy at the expense of the middle class.

We have had 20% inflation during Biden's administration. That is the same thing as a 20% pay cut. That is good for business owners, but bad for employees. So know this, Biden's administration effectively gave everyone living on a paycheck a 20% pay cut.
Meanwhile if your investment portfolio has gone up by 20% know that is effectively flat. It looks like you made money but you didn't, and on the other hand too many are too clueless to understand that inflation = pay cut.

You do understand equity means that a person who is part of a particular group can for example write the medical licensing exam 10 times and then be allowed to practice medicine without ever having absorbed the information, knowledge and skills to be effective at the job.

Equity isn't Godly; equality is.
And while it is somewhat possible to give equality of opportunity, it is impossible to give equality of outcome. Equity is a desire to balance the outcomes God gives by taking from one to give to another.
For all those who desire equity, I encourage them to ask God to deal with them equitably.
I do believe we should help those in need who God brings into our paths, as we are able. But no one has an intrinsic right to what God has given to another.
