We still have not seen any felony charged to Trump, however, election interference is a felony and that is what Bragg has done.

Bragg has suggested that the classification of checks sent out in 2017 might have influenced the election in 2016. Absurd without a time machine. Second he has suggested that Trump violated NY election laws, the Presidential campaign is not subject to 50 different laws from 50 different states, it is regulated by Federal election laws and those have already determined he didn't violate their laws.

The one thing we do know is the entire case will hang on the testimony of a certified liar.
What do you think will happen If Donald Trump Is found guilty, will he go to jail or get a fine and probation and will he still have a chance to win and how would that look to our allies to have a convict as the leader of the UNITED STATES?

I think the country is currently going into civil war. I think you will see this country split politically, civilly, and physically. I think the US dollar collapses this month.

Our allies would probably view a convict as the US President as a step up from the man with dementia who has no sense of decorum when children are murdered and soldiers killed. They'll probably be glad for us to have a President that can remember where to stand our walk without a literal blind man leading him. Other countries already find us ridiculous (and more than likely weak) because of our current leader. Bring in a President who has been convicted for stupid charges and I bet they'll start to respect our country again. And our enemies? Can you imagine their thought process? The American people voted in an ex-convict! Do you think they'd want to mess with us after that?

I see this whole thing as, in Trump language, Every time he greases a palm to get past a road block, someone rats him out.

If you think this is over, you're wearing solar sunglasses.

There will be no trial. It will get thrown out.
I concur with your estimation. Trump does not have to prove that he is innocent but rather the state of New York has to prove that he is guilty. Don't see that happening.

Regardless of what happens in court Trump will definitely have a chance to win, and an excellent chance at that. Our allies would welcome having Trump back in office. The USA would be held in respect once again.

Mueller investigation took 3 years to fizzle out, then the first impeachment took 3 months, then the second impeachment took 3 weeks, then Mar-a-Lago took 3 days, and now Alan Bragg took 3 hours. It seems to me they are desperately throwing whatever they can find at Trump and it is getting flimsier and more absurd.

Doesn't matter how bogus things are, they will continue to come faster and even more furious.

Yep, they just blamed the exit from Afghanistan on Trump. That lasted 3 minutes before CBS rejected it.

a bigger picture take- it seemed like they would delay charging trump for a while, maybe not at all, until the trans person shot up the school.

they quickly went with indicting trump to get that story out of the headlines.

and it worked, like deep state distractions always do.

Also it seems the reason Bragg hasn't given us the felony is because it may be the same felony that Ga wants to use in their indictment. So if this got tossed out then Trump could claim double jeopardy.

The real issue is that Donald Trump failed to sue the DOJ, the FBI, and any other agency that was involved with the bogus raid on Mar-a-Lago. That should have happened on the very day when they trashed his home without reasonable cause.

On top of that Trump should have been very vocal about having Biden arrested and prosecuted for treason since none of the RINOs wanted to address this critical matter. I do not believe that he has every publicly said "Joseph Biden is a traitor and must be removed from the White House immediately". Is there plenty of evidence that Biden is a traitor? Absolutely. So why has Trump failed to be vocal? Why did he fail to build a thick dossier on Biden for every lawless word and deed that was public knowledge since Biden was installed?

And why did he fail to put together a solid legal team which would have already sue Letitia James and Alvin Bragg for abuse of power and weaponization of the corrupt justice system? This has been cooking for a long time. It seems that Trump is generally his own worst enemy, losing opportunity after opportunity to become the hunter instead of the hunted,

Why? What the DOJ did highlights how criminal Biden is. Trump has a legal basis to take the documents, Biden didn't. His DOJ is making a big deal over Trump while ignoring Biden. It is clear to everyone how hypocritical and evil Biden's administration is.

You are seeing Democrats move towards Trump, a 19% swing and independents are moving to Trump a 26% swing.

There will be plenty of time to sue, but if the real crime is treason, a civil lawsuit is simply a waste of time.

What I want to know is how many in the military support Trump? Do we have 80%? 90%?

Probably have a large majority in the rank and file. Leadership? Probably not.

We don't know that he did. It is alleged he did because the porn prostitute claims he did. That's not proof.
Are you saying a porn star who is guilty of extortion would lie?
