I agree that it would be impossible to contain and that the government left nor right is the issue. I cant see this being a left thing because their not the ones in the White House at present. And I cannot see this as being trivialized by the Right because when you go state by state and look at how the Republican Governors are responding to it they are acting as if it is deadly and real.

They clean the keypads here after every costumer, plus we have tap for under two under two hundred dollars.

Transmission is occurring in other ways and we have pretty good contact tracing so we know what are the spreader events.

AGREE and absolutely right on........but everyone being exposed is not going to be any better for the economy than a lock down it will be worse, but since the USA seems to not get it you are probably right.

I believe you have about maybe 6% exposure in the USA at last estimate, about 20 million people, herd immunity is at about 60 to 70%, means a lot more people will die.

There are two aspects to a pandemic the science and the behaviour.
