No its a figure much more expensive and much better quality then a toy lol I dont shop for them much since theres so much trash you have to sift through to find good ones but the good ones are expensive I dont have many lol not like my sister

My neice has this battery function cat, it doesn’t all the things a cat would do except pee/poop lol.

It keeps meowing and is getting too repetitive for my ears.
