I read that the best position to sleep in to avoid wrinkles on your face is sleeping on your back.

As if we have a choice of how we sleep. We choose how we fall asleep, but once we're out, we're done controlling what our bodies do during sleep.

I just thought it was kind of stupid, how about you just not care and sleep how you want.

I like to sleep on my left side. With the fan on for calming noise, and blowing on my face whether its cold or colder. I can't sleep if I'm hot. Anyway... I usually wake up on my back, or if I'm having trouble sleeping I will sleep face down, which makes my back hurt :(

And I have a smaller pillow I fall asleep hugging. Its been a thing ever since I left my wife. I'm lonely, and she never was one to cuddle. But I love to. And sometimes my cat sleeps with me, at the foot of the bed, under the covers against my feet. Don't know how she breathes :)

Oh I forgot one thing in my response - the air mattress! I sleep on a blow-up bed. Have for... hmm... a good 18 years now. Sometimes it deflates and I have to patch it or get a new one, but with these beds at less than $20 a piece I can buy a whole lot of them before I even come close to the price of a real mattress that would be as comfortable.

Jeremy: When I was visiting my mother in east TN one of her cats would sleep with me every night. He slept right beside my pillow. Halfway through the second night he moved down to behind my knees... then I turned over... then he quickly decided to move back up to beside the pillow.

i sleep on my stomach as well. also enter a room I am sleeping in and I can go from flat sleep to 45 pointed at you in about 1.1 seconds.

So, 1911 or something striker fired?

There are other options of course, but they aren't as common.

Lots of prescription drugs.

So, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that you wouldn't recommend either of these?

I have a thin pillow that I either fold double, or end up sleeping at the very corner of
I have a equally thin duvet, so I have a wool blanket on top of it during winter
I normally sleep on my side, turning around every ten minutes or so :p I just cant fall asleep on my back
it takes me an hour - three hours to fall asleep most nights
