I like a big bed, and a really buttery-soft fuzzy blanket. I only sleep on the corners of my pillow, tucked way into my neck, but not too firmly. I usually start out laying on my side, wrapped in my blanket like a cocoon- with only my face showing. Even my ears have to be covered with my blanket or at least my hair. My feet have to have blanket tucked on all sides. Then once I'm warm enough I spend the rest of the night with at least my feet sticking out of the blanket, or the blanket is next to me like a body pillow, with my top leg draped over it, and a piece of it between my cheek and pillow, and a wad of it tucked under my chin. I mostly sleep on my side, switching periodically from side to side. Seldomly I sleep on my back, and extremely seldomly will I sleep on my belly. I hit the snooze a few times before I get up. But I purposely put the alarm on the other side of the room so that I have to get out of bed in order to turn it off. I feel like I get to go back to bed a few times. Then I reach for my ipad to do something on it that will get my brain going. Then I go in the living room and turn on the news and go see if my daughter got up with her alarm. I like to turn mine off instantly cause I can't stand it, but she lets hers go for a long time- which is very uncomfortable for me if I hear it, even if I'm awake, but I know she needs to learn to get up and turn it off herself.

just like Doctors will push big pharma pills on people instead of treating the problem. money, big money.

I'm the slide sleeper with one arm under my pillow, I often wake up on my back though.. But sleep doesn't come easy for me, I'm always thinking, it's like my mind won't shut off :/

Its been 4 pages and no one has suggested blunt force trauma.

At least for me, sometimes it's tempting... like maybe I could finally fall asleep. The drain bamage might be a problem though.
