... from someone who doesn't qualify no matter how you define "young." lol

Just curious.

How old do you have to be before you stop being a "young adult?"

I've always reckoned at 30.

A gallows joke perhaps, but I've heard it said your life ends at 30 lol.

My generation thought that, but I'm not giving away the end of the book to tell you if it's true or not. lol

Heh well I don't think I could trust you even if you told me. Wasn't your generation the one that said not to trust anyone over 30? :p (j/k btw, I would trust you, but I have heard the quote and find it quite funny to use when talking to your generation for the sake of the irony.)

I think it's somewhat of a state of mind. You become old when you start to feel you're too old to enjoy life and you're no longer worth anything because you've reached a certain age.

Obviously, there does come a point where things will start to go downhill as your body begins to really break down but even then, if a person remains in good spirits, I still wouldn't consider them old.

In high school, I loved volleyball. Played it in gym and intramural after school. Even in college, during the summers I'd play with my brother and his friends. (He's older than me bya year, and yet he and his friends are still paying. They won the Senior Olympics in his state when he was 55, but he claims it's because it was 55 and older, and all the other teams were in their 70's, 80's, and 90's. lol)

When I was 25, my nephew had a 16th birthday and everyone played volleyball. That was the first time I felt OLD! lol

I think between 25 or 26-30

I'm still called a "young adult" and I'm 22, not happy about it tho
