Japan 100% for me. Ever since I was a small child I have been fascinated by the people & culture of Japan. I used to joke with my pastor & tell him that if I believed in reincarnation,I swear to you that I used to be of Japanese descent. Don't know why...everything from the art,the food,the people...I love listening to them speak. Even not knowing 99% of the time what they are saying it's comforting.
South Korea and if given a second option, I would go for China. I choose S. Korea and China not necessarily because they are the best BUT mainly because of the socio-cultural and emotional affinity I share or could relate with these two countries (mostly from watching their movies). I can also relate with the others to an extent but not as strong as these two. Also, Korean language is very similar with my mother tongue which is probably why some people could speak Korean from watching their dramas (Between 2004-2009, I was also addicted to Korean dramas. I still watch it but not as frequent as like before).
