The wage inequality between the have nots and those who have is widening more and more in The USA since the Ronald Reagan reforms
This is gods design. If the government takes your money and gives it to the poor, that's not you being charitable. That's the government taking your money and giving it to the poor. The poor will not cease, that's scripture. You can't help the poor if there is no poor to help.

Jesus was not a socialist. The government is not the church and the government is not god. Putting warheads on foreheads is what government does best. Maybe build some roads. Business is for the private sector.

For such a developed country and superpower, do all your people have access to affordable and equitable education? No they do not.
Are you kidding me? The government will kidnap your children from you if they don't show up to school. If were talking post-secondary education, free college has been rapidly expanding, and children of the poor are actually at an advantage over the middle class because of government programs!

Maybe our country would be better at medicine if our socialist primary teachers didn't lie to us and tell us that learning spanish would be more useful than latin.

Your country spends or at least used to spend 300 billion on the military as opposed to 2 or 3 billion dollars for human development areas like education and health care. This was way back in 2008 or 2009. By now it will be way more for your military.

The wage inequality between the have nots and those who have is widening more and more in The USA since the Ronald Reagan reforms.

I will talk more simply so that you would understand.

United States is considered the model for capitalism in the world among all countries.

For such a developed country and superpower, do all your people have access to affordable and equitable education? No they do not.

Do they have access to affordable healthcare? Can all the people of your country afford healthcare when they are sick? No they cannot.

Then what good is such a freedom? where is the freedom for such people who really need that help? Such an economy is bound to come to a standstill and a demand for reforms.

That's the socialism I'm talking about. That is the socialism that's necessary. That's also the socialism that Jesus himself would want.

("I was Hungry and you gave me to eat. Thirsty and you gave me to drink. Sick and in prison and you visited me. Now enter into my kingdom"

People: Lord when did we see you hungry, thirsty ... when did we do these things?"

Jesus: " Whenever you did this to the least of my brethren, you did it to me")

AND

(Jesus would say to the bad people:

"Depart from me you cursed. For I was Hungry..... You will be cast into the eternal fire."

The evil people: Lord when did we see you hungry, thirsty, naked, sick or in prison.....

Jesus: Whenever you did not do it to the least of these you did it to me.)

This is something that Jesus Himself talks about in the Bible. Read the Gospel of Matthew. This is one of the main ways if not the main way of God's judgement on all people.

It's okay if you don't agree. We need not agree on our views as long as we can show each other what we really want to convey to one another clearly.
You raise an interesting point. However, the world is the world and controlled by Satan. True socialism is a failure (Communist Russia) or survives only by dictatorship and repression (China, and especially North Korea).

Every financial system is a trade off. Socialism penalises the people who choose to work by taking their money and giving it to whoever it suits the government. Usually, it is to whatever group is going to help get the government reelected. The taxpayer has no say. So a Christian may be funding abortions and be powerless to do anything about it.

True capitalism pays people whatever it can get away with and rewards those who need money the least. It's the reverse of socialism but no less corrupt. Capitalism makes no apology for enriching the few at the expense of the many. Socialism is dishonest. As George Orwell pointed out in "Animal Farm" socialism calls all people equal. It's just that some are more equal than others.

Christians are not of the world, even though we have to live here for the time being. We can demonstrate the Kingdom of God by living above the world's ways. Lord Jesus said to pay tax, even though the Jews despised the Romans. Kingdom living is to give to those in need, especially the brethren and your own family. If we do things God's way, He will ensure that we are looked after also.

1. It is not God's design for the poor to be poor so that those who are rich can be rich. It is completely man's design. So what you're saying is that there can be no improvement if the Government interferes with society by bringing in policies which benefit them in terms of education and healthcare? That there have been no such differences brought about by socialistic government polices in the UK, Russia, in China, in India and in other countries? I find that extremely disagreeable with the results brought about by social polices taken for educational purposes or healthcare or otherwise. I think that is the most important role of the government.

2. I think you don't understand what equitable education means. Sure every child would go to school. But what kind of school? There are schools that are understaffed and underfunded by the government. Even if it is a private school, there is a difference between the quality of education provided in schools from a poor community and schools that cater to the rich. Then there is the wide difference of the nexus that is formed among communities from rich schools and communities that educate their children from poor schools or schools whose students don't get the same exposure and same opportunities provided by rich schools. And the ratio of students who opt for college education after school as compared to those who don't. Not many US citizens go for college education. Again, the opportunities provided for students are going to be different based on which college they graduate from.

I'm not talking about USA adopting communism or socialism. I'm taking about US government adopting socialistic policies for the growth of it's backward communities. I'm talking about affordable education for all. Affordable healthcare for all. Government funded of course. It's not good to have a money making (capitalistic motive) when it comes to these expectations. Because there are inequalities in these areas the world over. USA is no exception.

You know I agree with what you say. That we don't belong to the world. That's true. The kingdom of God is not the kingdom of this world. If this is true, then just like how we run for our work and run to pay our bills, I'm sure it would not hurt to be aware of how our society works. I think man is as much a political being as he is a social being. To be ignorant of the polices that are framed and not try to make a change is not the way to live life.

There had to be many Martin Luther Kings and Malcolm Xs and Fidel Castros who gave up their lives so that their people can be a little more free from the real oppressors who oppress in the name of freedom and also in God's name. Some of these men believed in God, some did not. But they all wanted the same thing. Better lives for people. They lived and died for it. It's because that such people were there and fought when it mattered that we see the world as we do today. That there is some good left instead of blaming the government the whole time and living selfish lives where we work, procreate, eat and sleep and be happy with the world as it is and not ask the difficult questions.

But as a follower of Christ, I want to go to heaven. I believe in Jesus. But it's not wrong to fight for freedom from oppression. Or freedom from unfavourable living conditions and change in existing government policies. Sometimes such changes come with a lot of sacrifice. With a lot of bloodshed. Sometimes those responsible for such bloodshed and genocide are religious and they are Christian as well.

Jesus said - "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and give to God what is God's". It means that we give God what He wants. But we are also responsible for the lives we lead and the social changes that take place in our society and in our country. In fact, man cannot entirely separate himself from his society. He is a part of it.

This is also my opinion of what the mark will be. It’s all tied into bitcoin, ways to track people. Health records, vaccination records etc. you name it can all be on that little bitty chip….. Ushering in a one world government.

Why do you think the government should be the one to provide these things?
Because there are billions of homeless people dying every hour in the streets the world over for lack of these things just because they don't have the means to fend for themselves. That's a very heartless question you ask. WHY? It's because those people were put in that position by the same government through the current policies that run the country. What else is there a government for if it cannot address the basic needs of people? Your question isn't logical. You mean to say that those unable to earn enough to live their everyday life should die? And here I thought that even dogs have better rights to live in the streets.
