hahahaha seriously? ive started going to the gym more now and ive done a lot better eating today just basically stuck to what i have everyday which is two slices of ketchup on toast for breakfast then dont eat til tea time so i have beans and two potatoes at about 5 then two slices of ketchup on toast at supper time. Other than that I've had an apple and a milk lolly. I used to eat a bag of crisps everyday....sometimes two or three as well as two chocolate bars and loada other rubbish. No wonder i were always last in cross country hahahaha
I think a stones 14lb

i wanna go to the gym but im still in pain from yesterday hahaha. ill go on monday :)

yeh hahahaha. we used to eat ketchup sandwiches when we were younger and ive eaten ketchup on toast for so long now that i wont eat toast without it hahaha

hahaha i dont like honey, jam, marmite etc. otherwise id probably have one of them. its just like having ketchup on a sausage sandwich...without the sausage
