Ok I dont think its news anyone but I only wonder how is it not obvious how heretical this network is. I mean Stevie Wonder could see the obvious unbiblical doctrine and bad leaven. If you are a proponent of Word of Faith theology I pray your eyes be opened.

Aye. My last straw as a loyal watcher was the fact that Jack Van Impe dropped them like a can of sardines after they censored his show and demand they placate the Muslims like a good Dhimmi.

Yes, It is all about making money and which everyone is enslave to, but some of the segments or shows are truthful testimonies which the network uses to gain popularity. But God uses all to spread His word, eventhough some aren't with Him.

I don't watch TV preachers, they are all in it for the money. It's always gimmy~gimmy~gimmy.

I go to my own church and hear my own pastor preach, and we even have a podcast on our website so if you miss a service it will be on that for our hearing pleasure. There are so many other avenues to go rather than just flip a channel and be filled with garbage pushing, money grabbing, no care for your soul "preachers".

you spend too much time watching those tv preachers and you become like them, believing anything blown your way.

oh and i don't believe online preachers either... the kind that preach their stuff on websites as well.

Go out, get ya a good church and get grounded in the word before coming to a christian chat site only to be filled with every form of doctrine there is and confused to no end.

Actually he didn't drop them.....they dropped him because he would not bow down to them and stop preaching Truth!
Perry Stone imho is about the only one that is genuine on TBN.

No one here said, or even suggested that. That is an instigating, trolling response with no foundation in what anyone has said.
Also, if by 'evil conspiracy' you mean not founded on biblical truths, then yes. But i prefer the way the bible words it. Doctrines of demons.

We should thank everyone who either tries or succeeds in helping us. However, with at least a substantial amount of folks on Christian television, even dear Paul Crouch included, spreading false doctrine, they may be harming us in rather significant ways.

It depends on who is teaching or preaching. There are still true Christians left in this world. i think it is just part of
the apostacy that ,people are against TBN, push Jesus out of school, tv, ect.I can't say i agree with all on there,
but i can see them reaching the world or at least making an effort:) What are we doing? Do we even talk to our neighbors about Jesus

I don't think you caught the sarcasm in Dude's post. I thought it was quite humorous.

I have found some good preaching on TBN, also some ridiculous "preaching". I don't like the ones that only talk about "giving and see how much God blesses you..." Or faith healing, most of which I think are faked or at least exaggerated.

I truly appreciate good, solid, Bible based preaching & teaching. I really enjoy it. Any suggestions of avenues other than TV? I listen to Christian radio when in the car; David Jeremiah, James MacDonald, Adrian Rogers...anything wrong with them? (not being sarcastic, really want to know opinions, but please give examples or reasons. I haven't heard anything heretical as far as I can tell.

There is ONLY ONE GOOD CHURCH... this one...

That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Jinx says you should go and find this one..... Jinx I am looking for 15 years now, where is this church?
