This thread is disappointing to see Zone.
If a man comes and states since conversion he is without sin, are you going to ridicule him?
May no one sing to your tune here for your sake, lest you take to accusing.
Let GOD be the judge.
i am not perfect, so im breaking jesus command "be perfect"
So Jesus is still vile and wretched? WOW! And God is blind and looks BEYOND our iniquity? WOW! Wonder if God can do something about sin... Like maybe take a sinner, give him a new heart and a NEW Holy Spirit, to NOT SIN EVER AGAIN... Wonder if God can do that, instead of putting on sleep muffs not to see sin...
Fotunately herosefromthedead contradicted himself within 9 minutes. If God makes a person blameless, God also KEEPS the person sinless and blameless. God says HE will ensure we walk in HIS statutes... Holiness is not a sinners way, and sin is not the Holy Way... As simple as that...
Here is how God puts it in HIS TRUTH...'
Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
1Jn 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jn 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1Jn 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
He not only needs to be ridiculed, but severely rebuked. There is really no higher form of ungodliness IMO. Pride is the ultimate expression of evil.
Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13Neither yield ye your members asinstruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members asinstruments of righteousness unto God. 14For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 16Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? 17But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.18Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. 19I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.20For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness. 21What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. 22But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
by what Spirit will you ridicule and severely rebuke him by?
