[h=3]The Day of the Lord[/h]3 Dear friends, this is now my second letter to you. I have written both of them as reminders to stimulate you to wholesome thinking. [SUP]2 [/SUP]I want you to recall the words spoken in the past by the holy prophets and the command given by our Lord and Savior through your apostles.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. [SUP]4 [/SUP]They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” [SUP]5 [/SUP]But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. [SUP]6 [/SUP]By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. [SUP]7 [/SUP]By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. [SUP]9 [/SUP]The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.[SUP][a][/SUP]
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives [SUP]12 [/SUP]as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.[SUP][b][/SUP] That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. [SUP]13 [/SUP]But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. [SUP]15 [/SUP]Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. [SUP]16 [/SUP]He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. [SUP]18 [/SUP]But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

The end is very near and it is going to come in this generation, but we are already going through the tribulation. We cannot be selfish and pray to leave the unsaved behind without firm believers to guide them to the Truth. Who are the going to run to when the lights go out and they see that we are the ones who are standing strong and prospering in this time of lack? The pre and post tripulation raptures are not Biblical. They are untruths told by churches to make you feel better and to make you susceptible to the deception that is already happening. Be vigilant and do not let this deception destroy you.

The moon is a symbol of the church. It says in the last days the light will be darkened, and the church will no longer be shining their light. Have you heard about facebook?? They censored Kirk Cameron from promoting his new Christian themed movie, calling it spammy. And they censored anyone else who shared the link for it. They have also sent warnings against a couple who share A verse every day saying the verses were spam, but they could post other things. ???? Things are happening. This is and has been the last generation. We have the fulfilled prophecy of Israel's return to their land.

In end is near, but not here yet. I do not think it is going to come in this generation, as there is much in the book of Revelation to be fulfilled yet. I am saying it is close, but no one knows the end, not even Jesus Christ himself. We cannot say it will be the end in this generation. We do not know that for sure, and as I said, more prophecies need to be fulfilled. The days are near, the days are evil, there is much trouble in the world and in lives today, but it definitely will get worse.

The end is indeed near, but the great tribulation is not yet here. do you see people's flesh being burned off their bones? and fires of heaven raining down on earth while even the stars in the heavens are shaken? no you see people going on their normal buisness going to work going on dates chatting on their cell phones and gossiping about each other. the tribulation is going to be far worse than we can ever imagine, a brutal onslaught of horrible famines and plagues, blood and tears and nothing but total darkness and despair.
People who say we are in the tribulation have no idea the horrors that are to come in it, and no idea the level of pain and despair that will be in it.
