You're too smart to get stuck on the dieting merry go round. Your body makes adjustments with every meal you eat, so eat the stuff you know is healthy. If you want something sweet, eat it a couple of times a week...but make it something finite... a couple of cookies, not a whole handful. One cupcake (muffins are better most of the time ), not the two pack or an entire cake. And never make it a reward. It's a mindset.
Make exercise fun, not a chore. Find something you like...swimming, race walking, running, biking, martial arts, kick boxing, a sport or dancing (even if it's just in your room to whatever music you like).
Challenge yourself! If you make this choice at your age, you'll reap tremendous benefits in coming years, whereas dieting only gives you temporary satisfaction. Hugs!

now today in Christ all fear is carted away, because perfect love, which is God through Christ:
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love
This is the fight of one's flesh self and other's flesh selves too, that creates Fear, and we get twisted on the path of righteousness, that only God gives, not self efforts.
Trust and obey, by trust in god to straighten us out and cast away all fear, knowing whatever is in front of us God will handle, and whatever is happening to us, we then can count it as all Joy, knowing we through the trials are being perfected by God to walk as Christ walked being led by God in the form of the Holy Ghost. the first day of belief god did this for you:

Maybe learn to live one day at a time, plan for future, yet do not expect to turn out just the way you planned, then you are prepared for if it doesn't go the way you planned, and are not depressed over it not going the way you thought it should go.
I can nothing about the past and cannot predict the future, but I can live for today in thankfulness and praises unto God/
The present is the present of life for today, tomorrow is not promised, only all our needs are promised to be met. And god is faithful in all god's promises, where man is not, being stressed out and worried over petty things that man thinks not to be petty, when in all truth they are.
