I wanted to add a few more answer's to your question, I hope that is okay with you?
People who are murdered and never accepted Jesus would never be condemned to hell, in the Word the Lord explains to us that He will give ever single person the opportunity to accept Him as their saviour before they could ever be condemd to hell. You are right in saying that a God who put people in hell but they never had the opportunity to accept him is not a good God, so to answer it He would never.
The other question of free will is also a good one, we all have free will, and this mean's even though you might think that yours or someone else's life is going to end in them committing suicide and what would the point be of them being born, I have to remind you of what you said, You said we all have free will and that is what they have chosen for themselves. There fate was never to end their own life, it is a choice they make, even though at the time the mind can play tricks on us and make us think that this is what we were destined for when we were born. The Word tells us otherwise, it say's I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are created in my image, the Lord never committed suicide, so the choice is always ours.
Jesus is the Lord of Lord's and the Kind of King's, He knows the suffering we endure, of course we never think so when we are going through it, and think He can't understand. When you accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour, and come into a relationship with Him, and start to read a meditate on His word, the truth begins to be revealed to you, the dispear becomes less, the opportunity to look at the situation from a different perspective is possible.
Our reality is our perspective and our perspective can be a true reflection of a blurred one.
I hope this answer's some question's for you?
