Yes. The first time I was 18 and it was unrequited and the second I was 21 (very recently) and my feelings were returned. I have never sought out or even asked for love. I never looked for it, it just found my reluctant self. Decided to crash my fun singles party. :)

No more unrequited love?

But how will you ever be able to sing the blues? You're going to have to develop high blood pressure or something.

Haha You're right! I'll have to find motivation to sing the blues! Maybe I can learn how to play a harmonica. ;)

I used to think i was in love until i checked the love control room and found that it was that little jerk Satan operating the buttons and levers, then i knew it was infatuation....

But im totally in love with Jesus now...and got a thousand reasons for that...don't know if that counts...

Art's a guest now? He removed his account?

I don't know how I feel about that. I'm kinda sad about it.

:confused:

Wait...he liked a post of mine just now! I'm so confused.

Deleted his old account, started a new one with the exact same name. Gee, I wonder why someone would do that.

Well, that makes sense. I guess that never crossed my mind because I assumed there couldn't be two accounts with the same name. Though, I guess that means two active accounts...

It automatically removes the person from everyone's ignore lists and they have to be re-added if necessary.

Oh, I knew why, Red. That's one of a few reasons.

-Removes the ability to easily trace all of a member's old posts.
-Allows the member to continue posting under the same handle while erasing their past from their current record.

Yep.

I'm all for giving someone a second chance if I believe them to be sincere. :) Time will tell.

There's only one account with the the username Art05. The username maps onto a user ID and old user ID was 179754 and the new one is 184721.

OLD -> http://christianchat.com/member.php?u=179754 (account gone)

NEW -> http://christianchat.com/member.php?u=184721

Two different user IDs means two different accounts no matter what the username is.

There have been a few women in the past who I have liked a lot. But to say "in love" would be stretching it a bit. I try not to use the word "love" loosely and nonchalantly. Because I understand that "love" is a very strong word. And what passes as "love" today is nothing more than selfish lust.

True Love is giving. It is willing to sacrifice.

And if all a woman is to a man is just some object for pleasure and sexual lust well then that's not love at all. Not in the least bit. It's just lust. I have to just say this; even if it is offensive. It's sickening to see these teenage girls and young women get pregnant out of wedlock and then have to raise their child on their own because the boy that they gave their all to was nothing but a lost, hell bound, low down, good for nothing fornicator.

And in regard to these teenagers that are shacking up, they are too young to even consider being in a serious relationship.

Before considering entering into any relationship, make sure that you are prepared mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for one. And what ever you do, DO NOT do the "dating" game because all that is going to lead to pre-marital sex which is fornication.

So if you are not ready for a spouse in marriage, well then your not ready for a relationship.

What would you recommend instead of dating?

Of course. I love the feeling of being in love. It makes life so good. :)
Unless it's unrequited. Worse if it's with a close friend and you're watching them with someone else.

*shrugs*
I'm just saying, yo.
