Sliders - Season 5. What is this? Why must you insist on replacing your original characters (save Rembrandt)? I've never seen a series hate its characters as much as this one. Two episodes to go and then I'm done. Phew! I can't wait!
Now there was a show.
But... they replace characters... That sucks.
For science fiction, I'm currently chewing through the X files. On Season 3 right now.
I also just finished with My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic. That show is like crack. I fought it off pretty valiantly, but in the end, I caved to the many wonderful song and dance routines scattered throughout the series. I usually don't even like song and dance routines, but these are really well done considering they all happen in 20 minute cartoons.

What's 'Downtown Abbey?' Some catholic show?![]()
I'm bored. i used to be fun, very social, party or atleast get together with friends more often. Before I took my faith serious, before I stopped drinking as much, before I stopped smoking weed. Before that one seizure that terrified me. I was quite happy back then. It just seems like Christians are so concerned about right and wrong, being strict that it makes them dull. Ever so often, I get this spurt of impulsiveness, to do something fun and random. Push the limits. It feels healthy to do that. I never have anyone in my life to do it with though.
My best friend came out to see me today, and she brought me this flower (ignore all the junk...unless you're playing like, I Spy or something, then by all means, carry on).

persNickety, you want something fun and random??? You're about to get it!!!
Here is what you and I will do: we'll meet up in Manitoba and when we see each other we will give each other a "jump-in-the-air high-five" and when we come down we will land on two husky-powered dog sleds that will take us up to the Northwest Territories where we will hunt polar bears with nothing but sling-shots (of course we won't be able to actually kill any polar bears with sling-shots, so we will just irritate them with rocks and pebbles to no end).
And as we are running for our lives away from the irritated polar bears, we will throw molotov cocktails at igloos as we run through Eskimo villages. But we will only throw them on top of the igloos, that way we will give the Eskimos some much-needed sun-roofs (free of charge!!!).
Then we'll end the day by riding our dog sleds all the way up to most northern tip of Canada, and as you are enjoying the majestic view of the Aurora Borealis, I'll be looking into my compact mirror and fixing my hair (I'm sorry, but my hair must look perfect at all times, even after a dog-sled run!!!).
Now if all that doesn't spell random, spontaneous, push-the-limits fun, then I don't know what does!!!
P.S. If none of that works, then we'll smoke some weed - lol.

Meanwhile...back in Canada @ the home of one persNickety...

persNickety: "Hello?"
Descyple: "Hey pretty lady...grab yer' coat. You. Me. Polar Bears & the dog sleds of doom. See you in 15!"
Your Stream of Consciousness kinda started off in the possessive tense and ended up in the attributive. Pretty impressive! I and them. It's always I and them it seems.
There's a certain freedom I enjoy with our faith that transcends strictness. There are a lot of well meaning folks that want to tailor you to fit their Christian mold; make you into a statue with a raised arm holding their beacon of faith; when you're really someone quite different. Your impulsiveness to do something fun or random is refreshing. It's not so much a drink you want as to cut through tough skin and let out pent up passion which in you is anything but dull.
Uova all' inferno (Eggs in Hell). It was delicious! I will be making this again. C'mon over for breakfast sometime - - it's gluten free!![]()

OK THAT'S IT! I need to sit down & find out about this My Little Pony stuff.
(I think I want in!) and if I do get in...will there be a way out?
