I'm sorry. I must have misread your post. Are you saying that you support domestic violence and crimes against women (as long as the women are feminists)?
I don't support them but I believe those who spew evil against God, will not be protected by Him. The evil or crimes against women are getting worse & worse with each decade with no end in sight. These women can manipulate their legislators but not God.

So abuse victims are just asking for it, in your opinion?

It depends if she provokes it. According to the CDC, 57% of the altercations are provoked by women. These feminist groups may have won the battle with domestic violence but are losing the war.

I would be interested in your definition of "provoke." I really hope that any readers are aware of the abusive language that is being used. I have provided a definition of abuse below.

What is Abuse?

Very few people know what abuse really is, though everyone seems quite ready to give advice to its victims. If you believe that abuse is physical battering, you have some learning to do.

Abuse is fundamentally a mentality. It is a mindset of entitlement. The abuser sees himself* as entitled. He is the center of the world, and he demands that his victim make him the center of her world. His goal is power and control over others. For him, power and control are his natural right, and he feels quite justified in using whatever means are necessary to obtain that power and control. The abuser is not hampered in these efforts by the pangs of a healthy conscience and indeed often lacks a conscience.

While this mentality of power and control often expresses itself in various forms of physical abuse, it just as frequently employs tactics of verbal, emotional, financial, social, sexual and spiritual abuse. Thus, an abuser may never actually lay a hand on his wife and yet be very actively terrorizing her in incredibly damaging ways.

Abuse in any of its forms destroys the victim's person. Abuse, in the end, is murder.

Why don't you just give the feminist's definition of abuse because the laws enacted isn't equal and you know it. It doesn't matter because state & local governments are overloaded and are being much more lenient toward men in domestic violence cases because they just don't have the money. And the federal gov't has a tendency to stay away from it. Many state & local agencies are broke and cannot go after those men who owe child support. Like I said before, feminists may have won a few battles but they are losing the wars on all fronts. Again !!! God work in mysterious ways.

I have already addressed the inequality of abuse. But while an abused man is less likely to be believed, women are more likely to be victimized by both men and other women.

For people to spew such hatred against others, there must have been a trigger. I truly hope that you seek the help that you so obviously need. God bless, my bitter brother.

I have nothing but love for my brethens & sisters but I will call them out for their evil. Millions of women have followed & practiced being a feminist and many of them are paying the price for objecting God. As I said before, just about all the gains women made connected through feminist groups have been wiped out. When you go against God what does one expect??? Millions of womens are paying a terrible price today. That's life. They got on the wrong bandwagon. Have a better day tomorrow.

The Justice Department says the rate of sexual violence against women and girls age 12 or older fell 64 percent in a decade and has remained stable for five years.

Sexual violence is defined as any sexual act that is perpetrated against someone's will and encompasses a range of offenses from non-contact verbal harassment and threats to unwanted exhibitionism in front of someone to unwanted touching to actual rape.

On average, 283,200 annual cases of sexual violence are reported. Actual non-consensual rape is the least common.

Note that in 3 out of 4 incidents the offender was a family member, intimate partner, friend or acquaintance.

Studies show women trending toward removing men from their lives. This has resulted in less rates of sexual violence against women.

Look at these single mother statistics at census.gov: http://www.census.gov/prod/2013pubs/acs-21.pdf

Even when you factor in the rise of cohabitation (which typically means a single mother has a string of men live with her over her life birthing babies from various men) the total number of men in female households has dropped dramatically from what it once was.

If the feminists make it illegal for men to be around women, sexual violence against women should decline further (note it's already down 64% according to the Bureau of Justice); however, sexual violence against women from women has been increasing so...

when it come down to is are you living according to the spirit or sowing importance to the flesh there is no question equal rights are important but when we or anyone in christ thinks they can re make the ways of God it is a danger , the family structure is being destroyed along with all morality when we operate against God's ways . the family structure is so important so the headship must be to man that the order must be kept . but i do understand we live among the heathens that do as they please and believe they can treat women as they please . but if we be of christ we would be fair and just the problem is not the womens rights but the extremenest of things that spew everything out of control , we are in a world thatr humans are ruled by emotioned more than inteligent and rational thinking i am not against women in no way , but am against the degridation of the family structure and the moral of our body in christ and wish all that have breath would live in peace love and equality ... but until that wich is perfect comes meaning christ here with us then we will be given rest no more disentions at peace the Lord's rest...

Great topic.

Feminism is hypocrisy. Here's how. My husband doesn't work. This is a choice in my family based on our personal needs. I can make a lot more money than him in a highly specialized field. His being home creates an environment to help me do that most efficiently.

However, people have asked me why I don't "make him go get a job?" I have never in my life heard anyone say that about a woman who stays home. How is it ok for me to have the life I want, but not him?

Feminism says women don't need men, but almost any married woman will tell you they "need" their husband, and almost any woman who is not married is looking to be. If women don't need men, why do we work so hard to get them?

Feminism forces companies to hire women first. This means men take a back seat, even if they are more qualified.

Feminism demonizes men, making them all misogynist. I have never in my entire life met a man who didn't think a woman should work, or achieve, or treat them as an equal. They surely exist, but they are not the standard.

It's a lie. An ugly one that took me years to overcome.

I was raised in a home where I was told I could do anything I wanted in life, if I worked hard enough. My mother, however, was a career homemaker. This was her choice, and I was taught that choice was as valid as choosing a career outside the home. Because of the experiences I had with men in my life being liars, abusers, weak, and crazy, it was beyond my understanding how any woman could submit to a man. Because of that, I doubted the validity of the words of Paul and Peter, and dismissed them as opinions and not fact.

Then I met my husband. He loves me not as he loves himself, but MORE than he loves himself. Our joint best interest is always the first thing on his mind, and his priority is always US. Because of his understanding of this simple truth, I can place myself into his hands and trust him to do right by me. He would never hurt me on purpose, never cause me to fail, never attack me for being true.

I will submit because obeying my husband is the same as obeying Yahweh if I walk in faith. I will submit because it creates harmony in my home. I will submit because the Bible tells me so, and I believe the Bible is true. Feminism has no place in the hierarchy of Yahweh's plan.

You are confusing the original feminist movement with new wave feminism. Feminism is respecting people as equals regardless of gender. New Wave Feminism has been taken over by the more radical pro-choice element.

i appreciate your intentions, but do you realize that you're not calling anyone out when you're "preaching to the choir"? the enemies of Christ are a long and distinguished list populated by men and women.

we call people "out" as individuals, not rally against a gender because of a select population (or call it anything short of kicking sand).

The core issue with this argument is the difference between true Feminism and New Age, or New Wave, Godless Feminism. Maybe true Feminism needs a new title to distinguish it, as Feminism has become synonymous with said modern, truly ANTI-woman, Godless Feminism.
