Are we going to have name tags?
How are these 'famous' saints going to know who us nobody's are?
How are we going to know Moses from Elijah?..Oh yeah, the one with a white beard..I saw him in the Ten Commandments!
How are you going to find these characters? Let me guess...the Spirit will lead.

all seems a little hoaky to me...

After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; (Rev 7:9)

Yeah, that's not going to work. Everyone in the New Heaven and New Earth will have a white beard. Yes, even the women and children.

I'd say Job too because for how old his book is, we all still suffer more or less like Job. I love how he praised God with amazing words after his terrible experience for a long time. No wonder why he was rewarded TWICE everything he lost.

I like to meet Virgin Mary the mother of God to talk to her about her obedience and trust in Jesus Christ as she was rewarded the BEST by being the mother of God!!!!

And definitely I'd LOVE to meet Jesus n' ask Him all sorts of questions and thank Him for A LOT of things that might never end! :)

Job :)
I have read that book so many times but I would ask him to tell me what happen.
Just to hear it from him would be amazing.

But I'd love to meet everyone else as well. :)

Jesus fasted for 40 days and 40 nights without food!!

Elijah - just to ask Him - how the heck can you fast for 40 days and nights, and still think you were in the right?

Lol, my last thread totally gave me a new thread idea :D

Out of the bible, who would you like to meet and why? What would you ask them?
Obviously I want meet my Lord JESUS face to face first; but then second, which may surprise everyone, I want to meet Onesiphorus.

2 Timothy 1:16 (HCSB)
[SUP]16 [/SUP] May the Lord grant mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains.

When Paul was in a dark, very uncomfortable prison cell, he specifically asked to see Onesiphorus. If Paul found talking to Onesiphorus was encouraging and refreshing, then Onesiphorus has to be a very special encourager. Encouraging others is something that I feel called to do, and he has been my model to follow. I wish we knew more about Onesiphorus.

I think we're just talking Bible men and women at the moment. Otherwise, I'd have to include people like C.S. Lewis and family and friends.

I would like to meet Job. His force and power to endure with dignity the evil and his obstination to love and trust God moves me and inspires me a lot.

How are these 'famous' saints going to know who us nobody's are?.......................

"For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind."

all seems a little hokie to me..................................
Fixed it for you. ;)
I try to look stuff up before I correct something, and sure enough, it is a good thing I did.
If you're going to tell someone they're wrong, you better be right.
So, I learnt sumpin today.:p

hoaky
: 1. pwnage; ownage; owns everybody at everything.
2. Something that is corny, cheesey or obviously lame. See also: hokey, lame, crappy
hokey
: 1. overly sentimental; mawkish: Two glasses of wine and he gets unbearably hokey; it's hard to believe he's a highly paid executive! Synonyms: corny, maudlin, melodramatic, cloying, goopy, mushy. 2. obviously contrived, especially to win popular appeal or support; phony

[TD][/TD]
[TD]hokie: corny and contrived, fake and melodramatic, insincerely emotional; also written hokey
[/TD]

[/TABLE]

So all three spelling have been used to describe the same thing. I always knew it as hokie.:D[TABLE]

Adam & Eve.

I'd like to have some words with them. Primarily,

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??!!"

Peter, because he represents the quintessential sinner, the rock of the church. God reveals the power of his Spirit to buffer mans lack of faith. Even when forewarned, Peter's freewill denied Christ three times, and he wasn't aware until the Father revealed this to him.
[SUP]
15[/SUP] He *said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" [SUP]16[/SUP] And Simon Peter answered and said, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." [SUP]17[/SUP] And Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, because flesh and blood did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.

His glory in bringing forward his church in the midst of sinners who have little faith is fully represented (through Peter), and is to be rejoiced:

Jesus....

How did He....

1. Too many to list.....I want to know as much as He will let me know.....

I am really interested in how God created all things......like how did he make all the stars and what exactly is the vacuum of space made from....what is the foundation of the earth and what is it fastened to....how did DNA come about and how big is space really....is size relative or are we really floating around in a dish under a massive microscope and in reality the size of our perception of atoms......

Too many questions.....good thing we have eternity!

Jesus, definitely.

I want to learn more about everything He taught. I want to observe His actions and character, I want to witness that perfect example of a servant of the Lord. I want to pray to Him about everything and anything. I want to understand certain things that has happened in my life and will happen soon. I want to behold God Himself in the flesh!

Too many things I would want, say, ask about to Jesus. One day I will be with Him for eternity in His kingdom.

Come on! I thought Jesus was a given. That's why none of us listed him.

How about how big GOD really is? I personally believe HIS Omnipresence not only means He is simultaneously existing in every cubic inch of heaven and the universe, BUT ALSO simultaneously existing in every second of time as we know it all at the time. GOD does not fit in a box we call TIME. He declares the end from the beginning because HE IS THE I AM in all time.
