So, the person suffering of the Stockholm syndrome is a person that feels sympathy for its torturer and tends to see the real saviour as an ennemy. The suffering person became so complacent in her situation that no longer sees the torturer as the bad guy and does no longer want to be saved from her condition.

The teaching of hell is a severe doctrine but it is just. It is far better to be the recipient of mercy than of justice. It is far better to thank eternally a Righteous Savior named Jesus Christ than to suffer just and righteous wrath because we have no Savior.

All of us seem to have the ability to detect sin in others and this shows that we innately know the difference between right and wrong.

An offense against an infinite God is more severe than an offense against a lower being. God has given us life and breath and a planet to live on and we have not sought Him or thanked Him as we ought.

When the bright sunlight shines through a piece of glass, it appears quite more dirty and filthy than it did in normal light. The condition of individuals will appear quite more dirty when fully examined in bright light by a Holy, All-mighty, All-knowing God.

Jesus announced "greater damnation" against hypocrites and pretenders in Matthew 23:14. This implies that there will also be lesser forms of damnation but it will all be just and righteous.

On the kingdom of earth as it is now, there are many unchallenged instances of lying, stealing, cheating, etc. People often get away with it and eventually they die.

But, a medical miracle is coming and a new kingdom is coming.

"Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice and shall come forth..." (John 5:28-29 ff). They shall come forth in one of two resurrections. Some will come forth in the resurrection of life and others in the resurrection of damnation.

Mercy and pardon will be applied to those in the resurrection of life. Full justice will be applied to those in the resurrection of damnation.

This is severe but ultimately God will be praised for being just and true (Revelation 14:11, 15:3).

Repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ are conditions for salvation from righteous wrath (Acts 20:21).

Even earthly kings and queens and sovereigns have the power to grant pardons. The God in authority over the heavens and the earth also possesses such power to grant pardons.

Prayer to be prayed earnestly: Lord, have mercy.

Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: “The Lord knows those who are His,” and, “Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.” (2 Timothy 2:19)

Those are all natural events that occur everyday. A miracle would be a man with one leg waking up in the morning with two legs, or conjoined twins waking up in the morning as two separate individuals, or a person with Downs Syndrome waking in the morning with their DNA returned to normal. Those would be true miracles, but such things never happen.

Seriously, do any of you think I DESERVE I burn in hell just because in this day and age I have difficulty believing in talking animals, giants, dead,people coming back to life, people living in fish etc without any proof?

We ALL deserve to goto Hell, "but God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).

Because we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But God has made a way out and has paid a high price and if you reject that, you have no hope.
You dont understand because you lack understanding of the seriousness of sin.

How could you think that I DON'T believe that? Am I not a Christian? Do I not follow the words of the Bible?

God's word is clear about it. The entire book of Romans makes it even clearer that all are born into sin from Adam. Paul goes on to show that even people without the law of Moses were still guilty of sin. "There is no one righteous, not even one."

Dont you see? That is the whole point of the Gospel! We CANNOT save ourselves, just as a drowning man can do nothing to help himself.

God saw that it was impossible for us and that is why He sent His Son. That is the whole impetus of the Gospel! That is why it is good news! It is water to the man dying of thirst, it is food for the man starving of hunger, and it is life to those who are perishing.

High price? As in Jesus temporarily dying for a few days, the coming back to life, then going up to glorious heaven?

Would you endure rejection, whippings, have flesh torn from your body down to the bone, beaten unrecognizable and suffer the most excruciating death known in history for your friend? Let alone people you have never met and your enemies?

So nobody can go to heaven and say oh GOD I never knew you existed or I never had a chance to get to know you. A fool will say in their heart that there is no GOD. Also heaven is not for all. I would say so. A miracle in my understanding is something that breaks natural laws, else-wise it can't be distinguished from everyday, mundane events. I know a lot of people speak of the birth of a child as a miracle, but it's not really. Birth is as common as death and neither are miracles. A one legged man growing back his missing limb over night -- now that's a miracle.
