Is ‘death’ really a mystery?

One of the first important questions that I had to find out how to answer clearly (logically) was:

What could happen to me after the death of my body?

In fact, I couldn’t live a stable and well balanced life with all others, for too many decades till now, if I couldn’t figure out first its best logical answer... to me in the least.

Obviously, I have already heard some traditional answers related to this or that faith or belief, even from Atheists.

So I am afraid that just by sharing my answer here, I may offend, in a way or another and without my intention, one or more friends here.

My friend this is a simple plan of salvation and how to have a true relationship with the God the Father through the Lord Jesus Christ. Its the bible way to be saved. I hope you will believe and receive this precious Gift of God then Jesus will be your Saviour for all eternity and you'l spend eternity with Him, not eternity in the Lake of Fire where Christ rejecters will go and where the Devil and his angels will get it the hottest. Find yourself a bible believing church when you get saved, church cant save you but Christ can, being born into a christian family doesnt also make one Christian, you must come alone and you and God is a one on one thing, with every mortal human being, its the same for them, those in Hell had their chance but now they are dead, you are alive and you have this opportunity to accept Christ because people in hell are greatly without words wishing for the second opportunity to live as a human living being to make that choice for Christ, but for them, its too late, my friend its not late for you,Jesus Loves you and is not willing for any to perish 2 Peter 3:9
9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

friend this is the truth of the bible, every person I pass in the street I cant help but wonder about their standing with God, the fear of the Lord is great within me, it compells me to tell of His way of salvation, If you believe what the bible says in the tract, tell the Lord from your heart that you believe and repent and recieve, there is a prayer to help you if you are not sure what to say to the Lord in order to receive and be SAVED!!!

Your observation is very good, and you, being friendly and sincere, expressed it as clearly as possible.

You know... in general, when there is no clear sign of the group (here a religious one) to which a person belongs, anything he may say should sound rather nonsense for not coming from a predefined known angle.
The best example of this situation is the great confusion of the ancient Jews created by Jesus statements. As you know, Jesus doesn't belong to any formal group, camp or side. In fact, when Jesus was crucified, there was not even one person standing with Him (Yes, even Peter, the Rock of Jesus Church, had to deny Him 3 times before sunrise).

It happens that, in this respect, I live like Jesus did (of course, without doing miracles

). So when someone asks me about my religion or belief, I don’t know what to say. Perhaps the best description of my status could be “I am an individual Christian who believes, based on reason, in Jesus teachings only”. The word ‘Individual’ here denotes that I don’t belong to any formal Church in the world. The expression ‘believing based on reason’ means I have no good reason to have faith about what I know very well and even live in person (it would be, for me, like having faith in a math theorem

). I said ‘in Jesus teachings only’ because it happens that I got all what I like to know about life and my existence from Jesus only, hence I see Jesus Christ as being my perfect divine teacher too.

I will answer your last question. No, we deserve an eternity in Hell. Each of us are sinners, and only a miniscule part of the burden that Christ bore on the cross. He bore the burden for the entire world, and each of us. His last words "it is finished", frees us from that burden. If we accept him as the Lord of our life, his death on the Cross has freed us from the sins that we have committed.

I believe that you know better than I what is the best for you to believe and do.

For instance, I also hear from my Muslim friends that they are saved if they accept being slaves of God (Allah in Arabic) and obey God's Law (of course as written on Quran, not the Bible). At the same time, they know that any image of god having enemies to hate and even to fight if necessary and/or enjoying playing a master/slave game with me cannot exist in my reality. Hence the image of Allah and of the Jewish God (I mean as revealed to the ancient Jews and not as revealed by Jesus Christ) have no place in my soul. So sometimes I hear someone telling me "I am sorry for you Karim, you will have to go to hell after you die while I will end up into paradise (Janna)... I will miss you there".

I noticed while the majority of men enjoy fearing, worshipping, praising and obeying their Creator, I enjoy loving and trusting God to no limit... only

I am sorry that I don't talk the way you expect me to do or a way you are familiar with.

As you know, also too many Jews (supposed being God's people) couldn't get what Jesus was telling them. So they didn't have the choice but seeing him... as you do with me here

Did Jesus get upset or angry? Of course not, because he knows, as I know too, that only "whoever has ears will hear".

Please don't worry, as my Muslim friends do, about me if I will end up into God's Kingdom (paradise) or hell.

As it is my case, whoever can see in Jesus Christ ONLY the perfect light of knowledge (or the divine perfect teacher), he would have no reason at all to have any sort of serious fear in any situation and for any reason.
This is how Jesus saved me...

It happens that I don't have much free time lately, mainly to follow-up a subject as this one after it starts

Friend you are not disappointing me, I know the way of your thinking because I have been there too, I went so far away from God and so quickly the Lord chastised me with a hot iron,Its called falling in the hand of the living God, then I had satanic attacks then when I thought it was all over my language started to change, I was following "lights" too, it lead me how to do my shopping, showering, what clothes to wear, i would trip around in my car following these lights,going in circles having no sense at all to my goings I thought i was following God since I was in a great fear of Him, I did really crazy stuff, i even drove my car in a semi dried creek where the tractor from the nearest farm 1 km away had to tow my car out the next morning. going to peoples houses I didn't know, re-insuring my car doubly knowing I had already did it, going off train trips to undesignated stops, nobody know what was happening, I was told i couldn't sing in church anymore because I was being "disobedient to the Pastor "to the church i wasn't surpose to be in" so i began to sing where the nearest place had Karaoke, about 2 years later and I had a life of sinning, even though It was not where i wanted to be but these lights were inescapable, but i woke up to them when these lights were choosing songs for me that i didn't know how to sing, I then had to fight this deception,I've been in 4 mental institutions during its been 9 years since I've gone through all this, I've had a big spiritual fight, i didn't even know or quite understand my experience to this day, but all I knew was that I had to hold onto what I knew in the Word, even though Satan had blinded my eyes to the enlightenment of the Word I held onto what Word was in my heart, and i vowed that God was the one to take my last breath and not me, I have seen much trouble, I even struggled with whether I was still saved in spite of the Word telling me that I was. I"m now in church again where the gospel is preached and they use their bibles and Christ radiates off their faces, my current situation came with a personal price. But the bible says King James Bible Romans 8:28-29
28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. 29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren..

What kept me afloat was the rememberance of when i got saved, when I first met Jesus on a personal level, secondly the thought that if I gave up on the Lord and my alive state as a person what would it say about Jesus whom I lived for and told of whom unbelieveing people and family rejected what would it tell that my jesus wasnt who he says he is through me giving up on life

I went strange but Jesus gave me a gift of discernment, thats why Im writing to you in what Im seeing in you that was similar in me that Is why I am telling you this,

As I read this, what came to my mind is death were is thy sting? This statement helps with knowing even in death for GOD's people HE still protects. Those who truly are Saved are HIS disciples we don't cling to any religion status we simply use the Holy Bible as our instruction guide and by the leading of HOLY GHOST are we led to know what are our mission in life is. There is no fear in death for we know that absent from the body we are present with the LORD.

When you die you will witness you(soul) departing or getting separated from the physical body you had on earth.It then goes to hell for damnation or Heavenly places for rest..
Become a Christian,ask God to Reveal things clearly to understand things better...

Thank you for sharing your past long/hard experience in life.

I am not sure how I gave you the impression I knew Jesus as you did.

It happens I am created as a rational and intellectual man besides being spiritual.

So when I was teen (about 15 years), I felt an important need to find out, once for all, if Jesus sayings (as written on my Arabic NT) agree on the Church's teachings, I use hearing of, or not.

So I analysed carefully how Jesus and Church (starting from the one at Vatican) present every teaching and idea about life and God. To my big surprise, almost all Church teachings contradict, in a way or another, what Jesus says very clearly. Naturally, I met the few priests (or Pastors, if you like) whom I used respecting to a great extend when I was a kid to hear their opinion/view (one priest after another) of what I discovered. I got another surprise when I heard them reply something like "If we preach Jesus sayings as they are exactly, we would lose almost all our Church's attendants. So our main role is to find always how to please, in the name of Jesus, the hearing of our believers."
(Matthew 6:5-8) is an example of which ANY Church in the world has its own good reason not to remind Christians.

Anyway, as long the way you live gives you real peace in your soul, you can be sure you are on the right path that God made for you. I mean, how do you think I am sure I am on 'my' right path?
