I've being researching about the revelation book, and comparing to nowadays, and the catolic church, there are many facts that are fulfilled.

That may sound crazy, but the anti christ, satan, may return as a fake Pope john paul II and as a fake saviour. Has any one saw the way Pope John Paul II was buried?

Proving the word knowledge in it's most general form is all knowledge was not a biblical principal. It's a dictionary principal

j)n.1. The state or fact of knowing.
2. Familiarity, awareness, or understanding gained through experience or study.
3. The sum or range of what has been perceived, discovered, or learned.
4. Learning; erudition: teachers of great knowledge.
5. Specific information about something.
6. Carnal knowledge.
Ok all, you heard it here, interpret the bible according to the dictionary.

No, I was simply stating that if you use the word "knowledge" in it's most general term- It consists of all knowledge.

And for the record the bible used the word knowledge in more ways just just spiritual knowledge.

No it doesn't. Knowledge can be referred as "ALL" knowledge, but also can be broken down to specific fields or areas of interest and profession.

The bible defines knowledge as knowing God, not knowing all things. Lets define knowledge by it's use in scripture.

So when you are 66 years old and your rapture doesn't happen, will you denounce view of eschatology?

lol, I wouldn't expect to live that long anyway. I live a somewhat risky life. Also,I don't count on the rapture. I do however count on Jesus' return. I would be completely shocked if Jesus weren't back here by the time I were 66. Lol I honestly don't even consider it a possibility. I fully expect to not live beyond the next 15 years, death probably by beheading, but my fingers are still crossed for a faster more unexpected death.

okay, lets use scripture.

And Hiram sent in the navy his servants, shipmen that had knowledge of the sea, with the servants of Solomon.

1 Kings 9:27

Guess He meant the ocean..

Proverbs 1:29

29 Because they hated knowledge
And did not choose the fear of the Lord,

Most people love knowledge these days, do most people Love the LORD?

I agree, the ocean and sailing, ship building perhaps. The Hebrew word for knowledge here is H3045 = https://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H3045&t=NKJV

The Hebrew word for knowledge in Daniel 12 is H1847 = https://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/lexicon.cfm?Strongs=H1847&t=NKJV

Please look at the difference, one is equated with wisdom and discernment, while the other is equated with skill or learning.

according to your own link the word knowledge in Daniel 12 could mean

knowledge

  1. knowledge, perception, skill

How would you interpret knowledge in this verse, Proverbs 1:19? Are you going to apply your dictionary definition?

I'm not arguing with you that the word knowledge was used for many different things in the bible. What I am saying is that in it's most common form the word knowledge means "knowledge, perception, skill" The bible uses knowledge in more ways than just spiritual discernment. When we have "many will travel to and fro and knowledge will be increased" the words travel to and fro are clearly physical aspects. Doesn't that help ground your understanding?

Ok, are you open to learning? Are you teachable?

Do a Hebrew word comparison of when both Hebrews words are used H1847 and H3045. I'll give two more verses to illustrate the differences. You may see one is used more in a spiritual sense while the other is a physical sense/attribute.

Job 15:2 (H1847) da'ath
“Should a wise man answer with empty knowledge,
And fill himself with the east wind?

Genesis 4:25
25 And Adam knew his wife again, and she bore a son and named him Seth, “For God has appointed another seed for me instead of Abel, whom Cain killed.”

I am sure you will find both words can be used interchangeably, for there is a grey area where the spiritual and the physical overlap.

All I'm trying to do is get you to see another valid and biblical interpretation of "knowledge" in Daniel 12. If you don't wish to consider these things then perhaps this just a waist of time.

So why can't knowledge in Daniel 14:4 mean perception? perception of God's plan of salvation? Why can't you consider it?

For us to take the knowledge of salvation to people, we have to do a physical thing. We have to GO!!!

This reminds me of the essence of the bible... which keeps coming to mind lately....

Ive posted this but I thinks its worth mentioning again...

"The essence of the bible is not to get man into heaven... it is getting god into man.... god came as a man to the earth...... jesus "a vessel like us" is by whom God worked through... jesus heart was the doorway by wich god worked through to reveal himself to us.... jesus is gods heart walking around outside himself... I can see the picture in my minds eye... im not so sure its coming out the right way lol[/QUOTE
==============================================

Powemm,

you have a lot of understanding and discernment,
I like the way you have expressed your feelings in love.

many years ago this is one way my love for Jesus made me feel,

Jesus Christ is God heart,
He is God's soul,
He is the whole of creation.

So why can't knowledge in Daniel 14:4 mean perception? perception of God's plan of salvation? Why can't you consider it?

For us to take the knowledge of salvation to people, we have to do a physical thing. We have to GO!!!

the biggest issue is context. "they shall travel to and fro and knowledge shall be increased" the next issue is falling in with the rest of biblical prophecy. "there will be a great falling away" does that equate with an increase in spiritual discernment? then we go to another issue. There has been such a sharp increase in "knowledge, perception and skill" I mean look at the graph, it's not subtle by any sense of the word. It's staggering actually and with the increase we really are traveling around the world in a matter of hours. Why wouldn't God address that as a sign? I think it's obvious that He did.

another issue would be Jesus calling 2000 years ago "the last time" that makes no sense at all.

I think to say that God injected prophecy about planes etc. in the bible is pure speculation.

The great falling way, couldn't that mean that the majority ancient Israel rejected Christ? If you want talk context, wasn't that what Daniel's prayer all about? National Israel in his day, Daniel wanting to know when (and I don't mean Israel of today) their bondage in Babylon would be set free (chapter 9). The true body of Christ was set free by Jesus at his first coming. Daniel was acting on behalf of his Jewish brothers, but God answered on behalf of not only those who'd believe in national Israel, but of all mankind.
