People will deny there wrong doings and cover it up with lies and excuses. Popstars, Celebrities, even people in general. What does Elton John he know of God's word? if he did, He would not make claims like so. What God says is final, and people has for years and years to try change people's belief that homosexual is right. Its wrong, it goes against God's laws. and there is not way about it. It's sin and wrong no matter how people will try to go against it.

well, just another attempt to change God's word. Jesus would NEVER support gay marriage. the gay agenda grows more ridiculous every day.

He's only trying to justify his own behavior.

Unfortunately, there are gullible people out there who will take the word of a pop star over the Word of God.

Yeah, Jesus hates homosexuality.
That's why He never spoke about it.

But he did speak about loving your neighbor and treating others with love and respect. That clearly wasn't that important to Him.

Our Lord Jesus does not support gay marriage. It states clearly in the old testament and new testament alike that it is wrong. We are to have love for everybody no matter what they do even our enemies. This does not mean you support their actions because you love them.

This is one of the biggest issues that some Christians misuse to this day. They forget that our Lord loves everybody, He dislikes what they do.

So those that go around holding signs, " God hates homosexuals, God hates this or that..., " Need to change their signs to God loves you, but hates your sin. Repent now and be saved.

To many people want to emphasize one sin is worse than another, but all sins are equal except one, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit ( non-belief ).

Well there is this verse: Psalm 97:10
Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Anything that abominates God's word or goes against his words, and ignore his words regarding homosexual, wouldnt you think thats what God hates? so therefore he has spoke about it.

And not fogetting Proverbs 6:16-19 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil,a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

Homosexuality is sin, no matter how or which way you look at it. and sin will not enter in heaven.

No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other.

Becareful how you talk reawakeningmemories. It can cause doubt, it can serve you no well. When you quoted: Yeah, Jesus hates homosexuality. Thats why he never spoke about it. Comments like that can cause people to doubt, to look at God in a different way.

homosexuals was and is important to him, othersise he would not of said homosexuality is forbidden. God hates sin, and homosexualilty is sin, so he does not hate the person, but the sin they are practicing. So if its not important to him? why would he tell us its sin? its forbidden? and tell people to turn away from the sin Becareful what you say, and how you say it.

The world doesn't know what love is, neither do some Christians (i include myself in that mix) I guess all we can do is earnestly pray for this guy, he's in the spotlight for it.

Elton John by his statements has admitted to not knowing Jesus.

Jesus is God. Jesus always was God and always will be. If you see Jesus you see the Father, they are in perfect agreement. That means every inspired word in the bible comes from....Jesus.

Suggesting Jesus is in any way in favor of homosexuality means you are either extremely immature, sitting under a poser as a pastor or are not saved.

I encourage you to actually read the bible and stop relying on others telling you what is in it. Its a good read and foundational to your walk with God.

If you have no intention of reading the bible then its highly likely you are not saved.

He gave us all things richly to enjoy.
He said to rejoice with the wife of our youth,
let her be as a loving hide.
Drink waters out of your own cistern.
(see around Proverbs 5-6).

There must be way too many dull couples,
just living life or quarreling all the time
instead of being gay.

But what I doubt is that we should be calling men who want to
commit abomination involving the posterior of another man
as "gay."
There is nothing happy & carefree about that abomination.

We have fallen into the trap of using the opponent's vocabulary.
They want to talk about gays & homophobes.
What we should be talking about is Sodomites and
Upholders of morality.

Sir Elton is a great singer and talented musician.
I'm certain he knows this and uses it to his advantage.
All one would have to do is look at Elton's career to see who he sung about in order to make a determination of who he served.
I admire your brave proclamation in that Jesus doesn't like Homosexuality.

It's a pity...all Elton's talent...wasted:confused:

I like several Elton's songs and one says: "you can build a brigde between us but THE EMPTY SPACE REMAINS..." It's know his sexual preference but Jesus would never contradic His Father's will. Jesus do not like homosexuallity, neither lies or murder. Homosexuals (lesbians and sodomites) are NOT worst sinner than us, sinners, but they want the GREEN light of the church and, later on, rapers, liars and professional prostitutes will ask her (the church) recognition of their "rights" to sin freely.

Elton John is a spoilt little rich man used to getting his own way, he clearly wants his lifestyle excepted by all including Jesus. Somebody needs to tell this awful man (yes he is awful) that Jesus is the ultimate authority and yes even over him.
