Sorry, I just read my post of 475, and I did NOT make that mistake of the wrong post. Ithink I need a brake. Love Hoffco

I have learned that if you keep circling the parking lot and are patient you can get spot up front, but if you park in the back you can walk to the store and save 15 minutes.

With me being a little more simple minded then most.
God said that the Jewish are his chosen people. Then that's what I believe, no matter how much they may drop the ball.
With me looking at the Spiritual side of things. Maybe more then most. :)

Look how often the Jewish people are targeted for extermination. Hitler, Hamas, The president of Iran says in public.
The Jews do not have the right to exist. They need to be blown out to sea. As he is trying to gain Nuclear power for peaceful purposes?
Seemed as I was growing up. there was always a sense of a dislike for the Jewish people from the general population.

This general hatred for the Jewish people has dark spiritual overtones written all over it.
This makes me believe that, Yes! The Jewish are still Gods chosen people. :)

I think I read somewhere the Jews have been pushed out of over 100 countries over the years. You are right, why are they so persecuted and hated? Because people are jealous of them. They succeed in all they do.God has His hand on the Jews. Its crazy that people dont see it.

Especially since you're going to walk around the store for 30min or if a mall 1hr.

Plus satan knows if the Jews are wiped out God's promises to them won't or can't be kept.

Here is a brief outline presented as a timeline of persecution of the Jews from 250AD to present.

I'm trying to wrap my head around this literal 1,000 year earthly reign of Jesus Christ belief (the risen from the dead Lord and God, Jesus Christ, no less). Will the saints that were raptured (taken up in the air to meet Him) prior to the great tribulation return with Him in their glorified bodies and co-habitat with those that were fortunate enough to survive the great destruction that is to be (and who still remain in their unglorified earthly bodies) ? And then at the end of this 1,000 year earthly reign, Jesus releases satan to wreak havoc one final last time ... and many of those that initially survived the great tribulation and indescribable destruction (annnd witnessed Christ's return in the clouds roughly 1,000 yrs. previous) will once again rebel against the one and only true God, our Lord Jesus Christ ? I mean seriously folks ... these that survived and live during this supposed 1,000 yr. earthly reign ... AND behold the risen Christ will once again rebel against Him ? I'm not being sarcastic here. I'm asking if this is what I am to believe ? Furthermore, are only those in their earthly bodies (the fortunate ... or not so fortunate survivors, depending on whether they become a party to the final rebellion at the end of this 1,000 yr. earthly reign) ... are they the only ones that have children and raise families ? Surely the glorified bodily saints don't, correct ? What of those who went to be with the Lord before all this breaks out ? Are they watching from the heavens ? And if "all Israel is saved" because of and after this great tribulation, does this mean that only the gentile survivors in this earthly millennial kingdom of Christ ... are they the only ones that rebel ? Where does "only a remnant" factor in to the equation ? And this all happens because the prophecies yet forthcoming happen to be about today's nation of Israel ... God's chosen people of which we're told only remnant will turn to Him ? How is all Israel saved when only a remnant repents ? Naturally, I'm referring to the earthly/physical Israel ... and not the spiritual. Incidentally, is there such a thing as a spiritual Israel of God ? What would that encompass if there is ? These thoughts and questions, as scattered as they might be ... and a hundred more just like them are running thru my head as I type this after reading thru this thread here at 4 a.m. I know I've just skimmed the surface of what some here believe in regards to this matter. But are at least some of the things I've touched on here actually what some believe ?

The Jews are a people who were called by God, but when they rejected Christ and received him not they were set aside for a later time and God put his attention toward the Gentiles and is calling a specific kind of people who are found in (1Cor 1:26-29). To paraphrase...

Those who God has called and is calling are the weak (feeble beggarly elements) so that He can show forth his strength and confound the mighty who are influential in this world. He calls the foolish (the godless) that He might confound and put to shame the wise. He has chosen the base (low born with no family) and the despised (those who are of low esteem who are treated and branded with contempt) to bring to nothing those things that are esteemed in this world and honored by their own. God does this so that no man has a pretense for glorying and boasting in his own goodness, his own righteousness, his own works and in all those things that are esteemed by man that come from and through the arm of the flesh.

keepitsimple,

you sure didn't keep your post 'simple' ,lol.

but here is a good starting point to the question, 'will all of Israel be saved'?
EZ.37.

you have a active mind and this is a good thing, for we should all do as it's
written and 'search the scriptures daily and prove all things'.

although all of us who love our Father are at different points of
knowledge and understanding in our holy journey, it is written
that all 'the faithful' shall come into the unity of Christ.
understanding this leaves all of us much room for patience
and kindness for our brethren as we learn day-by-day what
our Lord reveals.
in our sharing, we speak to others as brethren and fellow
learners/servants, who only desire that precious unity
that Paul speaks of so eloquently.
also we love the Psalm that says, 'How pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity'.

here in these forums there is so much to share and learn and so many
opportunities to do good with our words/hearts and with the Love that
our Father has so graciously bestowed upon us.

Here are the answers to your questions

The dead in Christ are still waiting for their resurrection .... no man has gone to heaven except the One who has come down from heaven [John 3:13; Corinthians 15:20-23] .... the dead in Christ are not aware of time passing and will awake at His call [Ecclesiastes 9:5]

Only a remnant part of Israel will turn and believe during the tribulation, not all [Isaiah 11; 27:12-13; Zechariah 13:8-9; Matthew 24:29-31; Romans 11:25-36]

The the Lord's immortal pre-tribulation Ecclesia and those that turn to Him in the tribulation will contend with the Lord at Armageddon against Satan's beast and followers .... then they will rule with Him over the mortal survivors found believing upon the earth in the millennial kingdom, the Lord's immortal Ecclesia will not procreate

These will inhabit the earth with the mortal populations of the millennium

The term "spiritual Israel" is bogus and use by replacement theologists for highjacking Israel's continued position in prophetic scripture

The mortals of the millennial kingdom will have to chose the Lord or eject Him just as people living today .... and yes some will eventually rebel against Him .... whether "Jew" or Gentile at the time makes no difference

The Lord will put down the rebellion

.... just that simple

If you have other questions I will answer

God has but one chosen people from beginning to end, chosen before the foundation of the world, and they are IN Christ, whether they be jew or gentile.

Was the promise to Abraham only? Or was it to Abraham and Sarah? (please provide scripture)
To Abraham and all his Children VIA JESUS, His One Seed :)

(Gal 3:8)
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

(Gal 3:16)
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

(Gal 4:23)
But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
(Gal 4:24)
Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
(Gal 4:25)
For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
(Gal 4:26)
But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.
(Gal 4:27)
For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.
(Gal 4:28)
Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
(Gal 4:29)
But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.
(Gal 4:30)
Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
(Gal 4:31)
So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
Ez 37, " I will return Judah and Israel to the land from where I took them, And I will make them one nation again, never again to be broken, And I will remove their sin, and they will no longer worship their idols, and commit their sin's but I will be their god.
Rom 11, "dont be wise in your own understanding, But Israel is blinded in part until the time of the gentiles is complete, All Israel will be SAVED, and I will remember my promise

This is only three, there are SO MANY more. But you have been shown these, and never even respond to them, You keep saying the same stuff over and over, like a broken record.

And here they are, Israel repentant, and in their own land;

(Mat 21:43)
Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

(Heb 12:22)
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

We'll be the broken record for you until your eyes are opened to the Gospel of Salvation of Israel in Jesus Christ, all done on the cross. Repeated once again for the non-believers here who reject Christ as their Messiah to Israel.

You see, the Saints know that all the scriptures are fulfilled in Jesus. The devils don't. That is why they argue. Word to the wise.

Yes we need to rely on the Word but it can be taken out of context and start a new religion.Have to take the Bible as a whole, not just a verse here and there.

No, Actually it was in fulfillment to all prophesies to all mankind, It was always that way, The mystery paul spoke of. The jews did not get it, it seems you still do not get it, because your trying to equate promises to a specific nation to you. It never was for you.
Let's see shall I believe YOU, or scriptures. decisions decisions hmmm
You say "NO" to scriptures, I say YES to scriptures. Hmmm.
I believe scriptures, you don't. hmmmmm, wow I think I have the answerrrrrrrrr!
