The following will not inherit the kingdom of heaven?

That is correct. Now ask yourself. Who's NOT on that list?

That is correct. Here is another:

1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-10

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
 
a better way to answer this is those a person who is really made Christ lord will not lead any of those lifestyles. now, a believer can error, but not do those things as a lifestyle.

Yes. The passage is rephrased in several other places in Scripture that say the same thing. Paul mentions this several times in how one will not inherit the Kingdom if one does such things. Paul also uses the word death in association with this phrase, too. John mentions the same thing in Revelation 21:8.
 
The bible also states....

All men are liars and all liars shall have their part in the lake of fire........so will all will cook?

Being found in Jesus by faith removes the condemnation of the law that hangs over the head of every man who was lost and condemned to the lake of fire!

Yes absolutely ... and there are about 10 such similar NT passages!

And absolutely, they are referring to ALL habitual non-repentant sinners!

But, some will insist these sinners could NOT possibly be born-again believers!

However, let us look closely: some of the warnings are about LOSING ETERNAL LIFE!

Note:
"the kingdom of heaven (or God)" basically means "heaven"

“And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you
to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes,
to be cast into hell fire” (Mark 9:47)

“Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world … inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these,
you did not do it to Me. And these will go away into everlasting punishment,
but the righteous into eternal life.” (Matt 25:34-46)


Entering the kingdom of God appears to be the opposite of being cast into hell.
Inheriting the kingdom of God appears to be for the righteous who gain eternal life.
So, we consider entering the kingdom of God/heaven as gaining eternal life.

What is the kingdom of God ?
 
Mt 5:20 "For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven."

To enter the kingdom of heaven one must do righteousness. Doing righteousness is simply doing what is right in doing what God has said to do......which would be doing the opposite of those unrighteous things of Gal 5:19-21

Romans 3:10-12 puts a hurt on that understanding of the scripture you cite. You really need to understand context.

I don't know why I'm sharing the following sentence, I guess I'm just thinking out loud . . .

Pharisees weren't very righteous so Jesus really didn't set the bar too high on that one.
 
What is the kingdom of God ?

you probably already know, or think you know, and you might know. for those who don't know, and for whom God might open their mind to understand,
here's 317 references in God's Word to "kingdom" (not just the kingdom of God, but any kingdom, for contrast and comparison, and because most all of the world is not in His kingdom(seen easily in Scripture, but never admitted in person by those not in God's kingdom) ) .....

Rom 3:10-12 does not change, undo, void or contradicts Christ's words of Mt 5:20.
If doing unrighteousness is the reason one does not inherit the kingdom of heaven then it goes without saying that doing God's righteousness is the reason one inherits the kingdom of heaven.

But your righteousness must still exceed the Pharisees to enter the kingdom.
Mt 23:23, the Pharisees set aside some things God told them to do
 
Romans 3:28 (ESV)
For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

So we are saved only by our faith according to Paul. But our faith if it is real produces good works according to James.


James 2:17–18 (ESV)
17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
18 But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

Really, so what you are saying is that we through following the teachings of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, can not become better at how we live than a bunch of self-righteous hypocrites that the Pharisees were ?

2 Corinthians 12:9
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

I'm so sick of trying to do good in my own strength, i've spent years trying to do good in my own strength, it's so tiring. I find strength when I collapse before God with my weaknesses and ask for His strength in a thing.

Acts 4 23-31

Noticed how they prayed and asked for God to give them boldness? They didn't go "Grrr! Alright! We're gonna be bold and do this thing!"
