You two were going back and forth and I posted back further, one is saying Arabia the other Jerusalem and then when you look at what Paul says, concerning Agar being Mount Sinai of Arabia which answers to the Jerusalem that now is, you two (a I was thinking) are either both wrong or both right which is why I asked the question pages back, I started a thread on it because I wasnt hearing from anyone on it.

Sorry, Rome still fits the bill better than Jerusalem. Let me re-quote your main scripture above and place emphasis upon that which you have chosen to bypass or ignore to support your theory, instead of what you have emphasized of the same.

The judgment for the blood of the prophets slain at Jerusalem, was executed upon the generation whom Jesus was speaking to. Jerusalem, the temple, and the Jews themselves were destroyed in judgment for these very things. The harlot spoken of in the book of Revelation did not exist until after this judgment was executed upon Jerusalem and the Jews which rejected Jesus Christ.
Since the establishment of the new covenant era, no entity has slain more of God's people than the Church of Rome. Many estimates range from 50 to 125 million over a period of over one thousand years. Yet there have been many more since then also. The Church of Rome via the Vatican entertains ambassadors from virtually every nation of earth, and has a permanent seat at the United Nations. Her politicians are all over the globe fornicating with the kings of this earth. There is no other religion on earth as politically active and connected as the Church of Rome. Nor any other as involved with the globalist agenda, in establishing a global government and economy. She is calling for and striving for the unification of all humanity under her guiding influence, and a global government and economic power with real teeth to bring about the same.
Apostate Israel and Jerusalem of old were the harlot of the old covenant, apostate "Christianity" in and of Rome are the harlot of the new covenant era. Jerusalem and the Jews simply could not be the BABYLON THE GREAT of the new covenant era. They have not fulfilled the specifics during this new covenant era, because they were not capable of doing so after suffering the judgments of God and being dispersed by Him once again for their apostasy.

Luke 13:33 Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem.

Whereas Jesus would send more prophets, wisemen and scribes

Now here, is the Alas alas of what is called that great city
Rev 18:19 Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
She is made desolate, but here is God actually avenging those in Rev 6:10 as he said he would,but others needed to be killed (as should be fulfilled, and its here also where the apostles are now brought into the picture
Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
So again it follows after
Rev 18:24 And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
Even here, where a "great city" or what is called "that great city" is mentioned as being "spiritually called" a thing. In this case its called Sodom and Egypt (but is referring to "where also" our Lord was crucified)
Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.
I know I am missing a blood verse, I believe its a drunk with the blood one

A study of Psalm 137, Isaiah 13, 21, 47, Jeremiah 50, 51, A chapter in Ezekiel and one on Habakkuk as well as 4 chapters in Revelation reveals a nation identified as the (HINDERMOST) of the NATIONS and SHE is known by her NATIONAL SYMBOLS as an EAGLE and (THE LADY of the KINGDOMS) and her chief CITY is BABYLON that MEGA city which rules over the KINGS of the EARTH and exercises dominion over the MIDDLE EAST....a 10.5 billion to one of which nation it is when all 80 characteristics are applied....She spreads her RELIGION to the known world and at the end of the day a study of the rise and fall of Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome with the DAUGHTER OF BABYLON LAST will reveal an ongoing attempt (thwarted by God) to bring about the worship of Satan in a MAN......
