This "sign" is your actions (right hand) which represents strength, what you do with your ability/life and memorial between your eyes Exodus 13:9, that explains the mark of Yahweh says: "memorial between your eyes," what do we remember with that is between our eyes? So the only day of commerce allowed in a time of great chaos could be the 7th day (Sat), for days 2-6 (Mon-Fri) are work days and the 1st day (Sun) has been declared by the RCC, "her mark of authority" and a day of rest:

In Matthew 28:18 you'll see that ALL authority has been given to Jesus. If Jesus has all authority, that no longer leaves any authority for Moses. Romans 7:1-4 backs this up by giving an example of marriage, and shows us that if we are 'married' so-to-speak to Moses AND Jesus, that that would be committing spiritual adultery.

If you continue from Matthew 28:18, and go to verse 19, you will see Jesus give orders by the authority given to Him. He orders His apostles to Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Did Moses give any such order when he had authority? No.

If you continue from Matthew 28:19 and go on to verse 20, Jesus continues His orders, "...and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you." Notice that? Instead of commanding us directly from His mouth, He gave it to the apostles to give to us. Therefore, the laws of Christ are given to us throughout the new testament. Then at the end of the new testament Christ says, "I am coming soon and My reward is with Me. Reward for what? For obeying HIS laws given to us through the apostles who wrote them down in the new testament. Therefore, for example, when the book of Romans orders us to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good, that order comes from Christ.

christians do not offer sacrifices of food or animals to the Lord, and they do not have a priest making wave offerings.
the sabbath was part of mosaic law, and inextricably bound to the feasts, also mosaic law, all related to the temple, sacred assemblies, which all included sacrifices.

“ ‘These are the Lord’s appointed festivals, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times: - leviticus 23.

God received the smoke of the animal sacrifices, a pleasing aroma.

all requiring priests and a temple, and all before Jesus made the final sacrifice.

"walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." ephesians-5

christians good works and prayers are considered sacrifices, presumably offered 7 days a week.

the new testament never records anyone sacrificing animals or other temple ordinances after Jesus was raised from the dead.

Depends on your understanding of Romans 14:6

Righteousness cannot come by the law only the knowledge of sin. Our righteousness is found in Christ by grace.

The law was not abolished but the law was fulfilled by Christ.

The first thing we see here is that this chapter is about relating to a weak brother.

Rom 14:2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

The subject here? Vegetarianism

Rom 14:3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

So, if you encounter one who is weak in the faith and believes he must eat vegetables only, don’t let this puff you up…

Again, we are dealing with food.

Rom 14:21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

So, it is not dealing with clean and unclean, but with flesh (meat) and wine (drink) that makes a weak brother stumble.

Rom 14:22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
Rom 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

There is no passage in Rom 14 that deals with the Sabbath or clean and unclean meats. The subjects are vegetarianism, fasting and food and drink offered to idols.

The ones that believes what Jesus has said, are exempted from the laws; but they must truly believe and must does what He desire us to do, and that is to merciful and understanding. But if they doesn't believe, they are under the laws. And the Sabbath that is at the end of the week isn't the only Sabbath that suppose to be done, all of them must be done; it says to keep my Sabbaths, not Sabbath. So which is easier, to practice the laws, or to forgive sins? Only God can do both.

It's no coincidence that the number 7 in the Bible stands for holiness and perfection. The seventh day hasn't been abolished but fulfilled in Christ. He is our Sabbath! We're to rest in Him.

By working on the Sabbath? By fulfilling our own pleasures? (College football, golf, video games, etc?)

Or by spending quality time with our Creator and Savior?

Very true, God looks on the heart. So if your intent is to obey Him, how do you do that by doing the exact opposite of what He instructs you to do on the seventh day?

We are not under any part of the old law, including the ten commandments, including the sabbath day. Everything is now done spiritually under Christ. Our sabbath rest will be when we rest with God in heaven forever. We are under the laws of Christ (not Moses). (Romans 7:1-4, Matthew 28:18, Galatians 5:13,14).

Well then, if you happen to go home some evening and there is a thug at your house and he brutally beats and rapes you, then steals all your valuables and kills your loved ones, remember he is no longer under that old Law.

Jesus Christ said this about the Law...

Luk 16:17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.

Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Now if you think all is fulfilled, when did this happen?

Really? I find that very interesting. God makes an appointment for His people to meet with Him every seventh day. You show up a day late and expect Him to change His appointment to suit you?

In Matthew 28:18 you'll see that ALL authority has been given to Jesus. If Jesus has all authority, that no longer leaves any authority for Moses. Romans 7:1-4 backs this up by giving an example of marriage, and shows us that if we are 'married' so-to-speak to Moses AND Jesus, that that would be committing spiritual adultery.

If you continue from Matthew 28:18, and go to verse 19, you will see Jesus give orders by the authority given to Him. He orders His apostles to Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Did Moses give any such order when he had authority? No.

If you continue from Matthew 28:19 and go on to verse 20, Jesus continues His orders, "...and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you." Notice that? Instead of commanding us directly from His mouth, He gave it to the apostles to give to us. Therefore, the laws of Christ are given to us throughout the new testament. Then at the end of the new testament Christ says, "I am coming soon and My reward is with Me. Reward for what? For obeying HIS laws given to us through the apostles who wrote them down in the new testament. Therefore, for example, when the book of Romans orders us to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good, that order comes from Christ.
