We have a place near us where you can buy buffalo meat. The steaks were too expensive but the Buffalo jerky is really good. Venison is my favorite meat though. MMm that just reminded me my wife made some venison chili the other day and there is still some left...dinner!!! :)

You are definitely not alone, I too have come out my shell as well. I am known for being quiet and reserved especially around people I don't know, but I have noticed that I am more talkative to people and have a good time. I mean, I am still quiet and reserved, but I do enjoy interaction with others and enjoy it.
