green tea the more pure or traditional ie like buying from a Chinese grocery store the better its great for weight loss I lost 7kgs from being on a chinese diet and drinking green tea for 4 months - the green tea contributed to that

Green tea in moderation is good. It has caffeine, so best not to overdue it. Otherwise the antioxidants are beneficial.

I like green tea as well, and so does my mom. :) We always get caffeine-free tea.

I love green tea myself.

My favorite drink is made of a steeped loose leaf green tea combined with either a regular loose leaf or black loose leaf (I use lipton) tea.

Then I fill a pitcher about 3/4 full but will fill the rest up with this Dole's orange peach mango juice (I know, just a little bad along with equal), but that is so good (addicting too) that is just so refreshing. Nothing beats it for me. Ive just dropped the Dole' altogether (dieting) because of any sugars in there, and I need to get used to it (not as good at all).

I never thought that tea can also have nutritional benefits like mentioned above. I will start to drink green tea now.

our bodies are such magnificent creations, but we must always
remember, to 'listen' and obey when it 'warns' us to use 'moderation'-
and reliable information:

this is definitely something satan wants us to ignore,
there is absolutely nothing that he will not try and use
to help us destroy our-selves.

Honey and tea is a great combination but i do prefer my mug of tea hot, i might try green tea again, although i drink far too much tea in general, maybe i should quit tea and just eat honey?.

honey is very good for you..it has natural healing properties, it's an anti-inflammatory, and it's a natural sweetener.. :)
