One of Billions - many are on this forum . The Papacy has the biggest Antichrist followers attached to it . There will never be a "bigger" Antichrist than the papacy .

THE antichrist will be a REAL person...not a simple system of beliefs. Think about it. Christians don't just follow a system of nice, sweet, loveable ideas. We follow a real person...Jesus. Satan counters everything and tries to "one-up" God and always has. It stands to reason that he will do the same this time. A system needs to have someone behind it that people will look to and follow.
the dragon gave his power to the beast. Who is the dragon?
They worshiped the beast (Revelation 13:4). Therefore some conclude, from this one statement alone,
that the beast must be the papacy, not knowing that the people worshiped the Roman Empire and its emperors!
Notice how they worshiped the beast—saying, “Who is able to make war with him?”
The Roman Empire was the greatest war-making power the world had ever known.
This beast killed by the sword.

The papacy maybe a form of the antichrist but is not the main man of sin figure for the end times.
Revelation gives us were he will sit and it is not in Rome...............

No. Such comments come from a spiritually mature spiritual wise person. One who believes in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Now then, If, pem had said the papacy has authority over the church here upon earth, then you would've been correct.
On the other hand, if pem had said, the word papacy is similar to the word pap smear, then you might have been correct.
What if pem had said, the pope is a dope? In that case, pem can be characterized as poet.
Suppose pem had said, the pope is the vicar of Christ. Well, that would be blasphemy.
