Don't think you're the first to believe everyone is insane but you.

I grew up on a farm. Dogs sleep outside. It's where they belong.

And if people knew what kind of bacteria grow in a dog's mouth?? They'd not let them sleep that close!
Oh good grief! I grew up in the country too. I've had dogs all of my 59 years and they have LESS bacteria in their mouth than humans. Aside from all that, who in their right mind licks a dogs mouth?

I love to cook. Right after it happened I collapsed cause it hurt so bad. After about five minutes I got up and finished dinner and cooked every day after that, I just needed to set myself up with everything I would need. In case you haven't noticed I am a little stubborn.
No! Say it ain't so.

That's a myth, Phil.

Is a Dog's Mouth Cleaner Than a Human's?

Here’s the myth that makes dogs sound like a dental miracle: Despite all the leftover macaroni, rubber bands and dead squirrels they chew, our canine friends still maintain better oral hygiene than human beings do, no matter how studiously we floss and how often we visit our dentists.

Could this really be true?

Well, sadly, no. In short, a dog’s mouth is besieged by its own legions of germs, roughly as huge in population as those living in the human mouth and causing a similar array of dental illnesses.
So, just ... YUCK!

Aside from all that, who in their right mind licks a dogs mouth?
Who's gonna stop a dog from licking their mouth when they -- the "lickee" -- have allowed a dog to invade their bed, and is sound asleep when said dog gets the urge to lick?

Don't you just hate it when a long-tongued dog sneaks a fast lick when you've got your mouth open?
