Had a little rain storm come thru about, well I don't know, 1 to 3 this morn. Dumped an inch+ of water on me. Left the sun roof open in the Blazer. Took it to get aligned this morn. Got a wet backend and when I drove it home the steering wheel is not centered. Take it back tomorrow.....after I go to bed in a few. Did not sleep last night. Sucks getting old.
Ok, I've been out most of the day in this gorgeous sun (that has recently went away) and the temperature was pretty mild today thus making that snow melt melt and melt away!! I went out with my BFF ... we went to the grocery store, dropped one of the dogs off at the groomer, went out for lunch, hit up a store to get more nylons for service this Friday, went back to get my doggy at groomers and dropped him off at home, flew back out to a second hand thrift store (We love them cuz you never know what you will find there!!) and bought a bunch of children's books and 2 children's cd's as I noticed in the church pamphlet that they were low on kiddies books in the church library so I will bring them there tomorrow when I go for the meeting with the Pastor at 11am. Hubby is still at work til 6'ish, so right now it's just the 3 dogs and me. Hope everyone else had a wonderful day! Did I miss anything in here??????
It isn't all it's cracked up to be.
On the plus side, they can get things from the top shelf easily, and they smell like pine cones.
But, they shed, are hard to house train, and cleaning their famous muddy footprints off the hardwood floors can be a pain.
Oh, and they are conspiracy theorists, so they REFUSE to take pictures. (only one known picture exists)
In hindsight, I'd should've went with a gerbil.

I've been MIA for a few days on this thread. Just going through a bit with my body. I would ask for prayers for an unspoken request regarding my Rheumatoid Disease.
It is a beautiful day here - the grass is green, flowers blooming everywhere. Not so where I just moved from. For April Fool's they had snow - real snow! Again! And lots of it - still snowing!
So glad that God has moved us to warmer climes, and nearer the grandchildren. Life is good, except for maybe this stupid disease! But even that gets me out of doing housework! Yes!

I got busted with that on a fishing website. I now copy the pic and paste it to my desktop. Then, if I don't want anything else on it, I modify it with paint. Ain't technology great?
