I just shake my head at my early years and thank God I found His plan for my redemption and salvation at age 24 and never looked back. I suppose that's why the bullets and blades couldn't find their mark. God had His hand on me and told Satan, "hand's off! This is one of mine. You can't have him. He's going to belong to the library gang someday and glorify my name throughout eternity." :)

woohoo..I finally have iced coffee again. question is, do i want mocha, or caramel macchiato?
I just noticed that I keep saying yuck to ice coffee but in all honesty I've never tried it. Guess I always assumed it was like my daily coffee when it got cold and I had to reheat it.

Who makes the best ice coffee in your humble opinion?

Lol, I remember in highschool when I switched schools, I somehow managed to get the misfits, nerds, and special education kids together....we hung out with the janitors....if something happened the janitors were security essentially and we were backup....it was weird....I somehow managed to wear Christian clothing and not get in trouble while others were suspended for it according to one of my friends....I couldn't believe it....I guess no one wanted to mess with nerds then either lol

I don't think "skinny jeans" would describe anything we wore back in the day.

Wow, Just had a flashback to getting off the plane at LAX coming home from Vietnam and looking out on a sea of bell-bottom jeans, cheezy moustaches, and long hair, saying to myself, "What the hell happened while I was gone?"

That stuff was isolated to the nutball liberal California schools when I enlisted to avoid the draft -- and still wound up in Vietnam.

I feel that! That's why I loooved every summer at church camp! Those kids didn't know I was a nerd at my school! I was popular at church camp! My school was rich, mean girls. There's nothing lovely about vanity at all!
