I felt the hunch many like to "live" shortly like White Snow

What would be their "normal" life after wedding?

I bet no one would like this episode.

And I want to wear white since at this point I'm more virginal than most new brides theses days
LOLOLOLOL

Now that's funny! Actually, my husband and I were tempted to skip everything and just have a simple, quick court wedding. Spare expense, time, stress (I was in school also while planning the wedding and move), but we went ahead with the formal thing and I don't regret it. :)

I never think about these things because 1) Fancy weddings seem to go to waste when more often than not these very same newlyweds get divorced within ten years time. My parents got married in a courthouse, with dysfunctionality and all and yet they're still together for 20+ years... 2) I don't see myself getting married.

Having a wedding outside in the rain doesn't sound so bad, however. Have a pub nearby and I can have an Irish wedding. :)
(Just kidding...maybe.)

I agree with you up to a point. I do think people tend to go overboard when it comes to weddings when in reality simplicity is best. Basically all the wedding is for is to make a covenant between you and your spouse before God in front of some witnesses.

Exactly. You don't know how things could turn out in the future (and I don't think people put so much thought into it, whether if their marriage was by choice or by force for the sake of kids born out of wedlock - which could've been the case for my brother and I), so it should be something to think long and hard about and seek for what it is worth than just the expenses involved. But that's just me.

When I get married I want it to be for life and I take it very seriously. I cherish relationships down deep into my heart and soul and I would never want to marry someone who didn't feel the same. I never want to get divorced even if there are biblical grounds to do so.

I want to say 'I do' around the late part of the afternoon, so we can take pictures just around sunset and the reception can be just around evening when lights can be strung and it will feel all romantic and like a fairy tale.
Or skip the whole thing and elope. Trying to decide between the two.

whenever I get married one day I would want to have a small simple wedding with maybe 30 people. I don't want to have a huge wedding just small plain and simple and make it cheap as possible lol. if I had a lot of money then I think my dream wedding would still be small and maybe be a Disney theme or something I don't know lol

I think even cheating can be forgiven and dealt with in a marriage. Granted, it won't be easy but I have actually seen it done in other people's marriages. It took a long time to heal, but it is possible.

That's what I think too, married only once it is what I want and cherish. If it happens he divorced me, then I won't marry again but I am prepared to do my best so that our married can last. I hope God will help me to get like minded person lol.

I just want it to be amazing day, filled with love. I hope my husband to be and I will work into it so it will reflate our desires and artist desires. I don't which color in mind since I love new things everyday and I love it to be unique. The vow will be taken inside the church so God will be there to see us join as one and see our special kiss and bless us.
