Agreed - now that there has been name calling, accusations, and counter-accusations, let us get back to discussion of scripture and clarifying Catholic faith.

I am looking forward to seeing how Fordman's challenge plays out.

I am also looking for an answer to the following question - Do non-Catholics believe the angel Gabriel has a share in God's knowledge but Mary does not? If so, why?

Mary does not have a share in God's knowledge because Mary was a mere human and a sinner. Gabriel is an Angel who does have knowledge from God that Mary cannot understand!

Mary was chosen ONLY for her womb and nothing else! Abraham had MORE of God's knowledge than Mary! So why are you corrupted Catholics not worshiping Abraham?

Mary was only used to give a body that the Son of God could use it to walk on this World! After Mary had Jesus she disappeared from the scene and the focus was on Jesus not Mary.

Luke 11:27-28
27 And it came about while He said these things, one of the women in the crowd raised her voice, and said to Him, " Blessed is the womb that bore You, and the breasts at which You nursed."
28 But He said, "On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and observe it."

We are blessed more than Mary because we have the Word of God and observe it. You Mattp0625 do not have the Word of God in you. You instead follow the false teachings of the Catholic Church and not the Truth from the Holy Spirit in the Scriptures. How can you say you have the Truth in you when you believe that Mary was without sin and was assumed into Heaven?

Its the Holy Spirit who has all the Truth! Its the Scriptures from the Holy Spirit which are the Truth. How can the Catholic Church be a "Pillar" of the Truth when they teach Mary was without sin and was assumed into Heaven? Clearly the Holy Spirit says ALL have sinned! If ALL had sinned then Mary was a sinner.

The problem with you Mattp0625 is that Mary is your Master. You serve Mary as your Master. The Holy Spirit in the Scriptures says you cannot serve two Masters!

Luke 16:13
[SUP]13 [/SUP] No servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.

You Mattp0625 cannot serve God AND Mary!

Reject Mary and give 100% of your Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength to God! If you give anything to Mary you are not giving your 100% to God which IS a Mortal sin that will keep you from entering into Heaven.

There is NO greater commandment then giving God 100% of you Soul,Mind,Heart, and Strength to God! You Mattp0625 are breaking the greatest commandment ever by giving anything of yourself to Mary! This is a Mortal sin that God cannot forgive you for!

But i do know this is falling on deaf ears because you do not have the Holy Spirit in you and cannout understand Spiritual things from God.

The Catholic Faith is a joke. The Catholic Faith is all about serving and worshiping Mary. The Catholic Faith is all about the Catholics playing by their own rules and not by what God says.

Asking Mary to pray for you is a waste of time because Mary is dead and in the grave and cannot hear nor answer your prayers. Where in the Scriptures mattp does God say Mary was taken up into Heaven? If the Holy Spirit does not say this then it is a lie and is not the Truth.

We have a prayer meeting every day at work after work before we go home. We used to allow Catholics in our group. But the problem with that is they were always praying to Mary. We asked them nicely to pray to God only and not to bring up Mary in our prayer meetings. They refuse to do that insisting that we had to pray to Mary to come to God. That only through Mary could we pray to God.

Finally we had to ban the Catholics from our prayer meetings. We had to put up a sign that said no Catholics allowed. We have told them they can pray with us as long as they do not pray to Mary. So far to date the Catholics hate us and refuse to follow our rules.

Its a shame these Catholics follow lies from their Church.

the TRUTH doesn't change. the RECORD is absolute. the HERESY(rcc catholicism) is demonic. that never changes.
the rcc doctrines, practices, teachings and lives are all bound in demonic deception. no exception. ever.

to be free, to be forgiven, to ever get to even see the kingdom of heaven, requires renouncing everything rcc. and everything that goes with it. it is completely in error.

the eucharist you practice has been proven countless times to be an abomination , a complete corruption.

perhaps GOD will grant you repentance.

perhaps it is too late for you, as it is too late for many.

Mary has no power to pray for anyone,to save or to heal.She was called blessed because she brought the Savior into the world.No where in the bible does Mary have the same qualities as Jesus.She was fully human as we are. Christ died to save her as with all of us.

As the mother of a davidic king she has scriptural powers of persuasion to the King, which is how she earns the biblical title of queen ( as mother not spouse of a davidic king) - indeed in Solomon a davidic king (as jesus was) he says he will grant the requests of the queen (ie his mum, gives her a throne and bows to her) . Read it, it is all there. That presumably is why when asked at Cana to intercede , Jesus does what he is asked , albeit grumbling "not yet mum!" - not till his time "is come". the true believers the they may take part/share in the guilt of the sin of the catholics

if they even share a meal with them, or allow them in the meeting places. the guilt of HERESY. (HERESY does not change, the rcc will not repent , it is doomed to destruction only, after its time is over).

yes, catholics have to be banned in the meeting places. they carry demonic influences every where they go and live and travel,

unless they repent of their heresy.

the rcc leaders do far far far worse - worse than hitler did to those he killed. it is history. it is fact.

it is SCRIPTURE --- the blood of all the saints slain the last 2000 years is laid to the rcc. they have saved NO ONE.

It interrupts the conversation, but never contributes anything of value.

He cannot even get his story straight. In one post he says RCC did not start for a few hundred years, in another blames it for 2000 years of dead saints, some of which presumably died by his reckoning before it even started.
If you are going to tell llies jeff, at least make them consistent lies.

Did you know that Mary is a "born again" Christian who received the Holy Spirit at Pentecost and spoke in tongues 2000 years before Pentecostals got the gift? (Acts 1:14, 2:3). She knows how to pray kayla, even in tongues!

Many Christians (maybe you) reading this will have had powerful experiences with the Holy Spirit. It is amazing when he comes upon us. Some of us have experienced miraculous healing. But who among us has experienced the power of the Holy Spirit in such a way that the God of the universe became flesh inside us. Mary experienced the Holy Spirit like none of us have. So you see Kayla, In the Rosary, we Catholics ask Mary to "Pray for us sinners."
We think Mary is totally alive, and is praying for us the way your faithful pastor would pray for you and his congregation, except much more so. She's interceding for the unborn, for mothers contemplating abortion, and for many others who are experiencing sorrows in our world, and who need Jesus.

"Was" called Blessed? Are you forgetting Lk.1:48?
