Ouch! I actually cracked the screen on my computer last year because I put my textbook on top carrying it to my desk to complete homework. I was so mad at myself, but luckily there was a computer repair shop that gave me a great deal to fix it for me. So I was without my computer for two weeks.
that isn't good....mine was destroyed and no possibility of fixing....I have a brother in law who fixes computers as a hobby and one that does it as a side job....so I go to them if I can't fix it...

I haven't since I broke my windows 7 computer, but I am familiar with it, why?

is it possible, when putting info into command prompt, to copy/paste the results into a document and save them for future reference?

right click and select mark, then make a box around the text you want to copy, then you can copy normally.

My grandfather used to take two quarters and place his thumb & forefinger around them (like making an "OK" hand sign) and then tap on them to make a ching-ching-ching sound. And you wouldn't believe the mob of squirrels that would come scurrying into his backyard so they could get peanuts from him. That's an awesome memory for me. :)

Hmm!

I think the same you said, Violet. I love this gray one because it looks like "boot" the cat of some friends I have, missionaries who lived in Venezuela. I liked her a lot, but boot seldom allowed me to touch her more than a minute and that was her "normal" face when I tried to show her my attentions.

Now I don´t have any pet and not sure if I´d have another. Sometimes I´m absent for more than a week and, pets need loving attentions, plus daily food.

How old were you that time, Violet?

I felt, when you wrote this, you had a shining face with a big smile, like this:
