I was hoping for the same Lilbit. But this has been the worst year for me ... by leaps and bounds. Tried antibiotics two weeks ago to no avail. Am now using antibiotic ear drops. We shall see. If things remain as they have been, I'll be going in to have a tube inserted to drain them. Was told that two days ago anyways. Just concerned here that the tube will go straight out the other ear

I went on a juice cleanse a few years back. Beets mixed with other things are usually pretty good! I can't remember exactly what I put into the juicer with it ... but it was almost like a dessert drink. I just looked it up.
It is:
2 beets
6 carrots
2 apples
15 kale leaves
2 inch piece of ginger
I bought a juicer and made these drinks.

I went on a juice cleanse a few years back. Beets mixed with other things are usually pretty good! I can't remember exactly what I put into the juicer with it ... but it was almost like a dessert drink. I just looked it up.

Believe me, after going on 10 days of nothing but juices ... my juicer was put into storage and hasn't been out since! LOL

Amen, Elf! You hit the nail on the head. That's exactly what I'm referring to.
