How can you say mwc68 that the Roman Catholic Church has the Authority to twist the Scriptures to say that Mary was sinless?

Show me where in the Scriptures did God say Mary was "without sin".

Its not in the Scriptures. The Roman Catholic Church has twisted the Scriptures to their own destruction.

The Roman Catholic Church never had the Authority to interpret the Scriptures by themselves. God never gave the Roman Catholic Church the Authority to twist the Scriptures to say Mary was without sin.

Since there is no evidence in the Scriptures that God ever said that Mary was "without sin" proves the Roman Catholic Church is a false church because they are teaching lies from Satan as truths from God.

Now that you know mwc68 that the Roman Catholic Church is a false church, will you leave this false church for the True Church that is Jesus Christ? Or will you reject Jesus Christ and stay in the false church the Roman Catholic Church?

Now hold on a minute...he gave you scripture and scripture is not just an opinion. Please clarify for me do you or the RCC teach that the Holy Spirit dwells in a man when he comes to know Christ? I know you teach a real presence in the communion elements but what of the Holy Spirit dwelling in a Christian?

I would not be so quick to dismiss scripture for it is by scripture that we are made wise unto salvation. Romans 10:17 says that faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Romans 10:9-10 speaks of believing and confessing to God to be saved. Believing and confessing Christ not any church.

It is one thing to cite a verse of Scripture (unusual for you). It is quite another for you to actually believe it. What you do is misrepresent it. If you think that being baptised is a guarantee of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit you are clearly wrong.

Why are you uncomfortable about it? John 20:22 Jesus breathed the Holy Spirit upon the apostles and disciples in the upper room before Pentecost. Scripture teaches that it is the Holy Spirit that is our seal set by God upon our souls that we are His awaiting glorification with Christ. The presence of the Holy Spirit is the earnest of our salvation and a witness that we are saved with absolute certainty. I'm not talking charismatic or Pentecostal evidence but personal evidence where God by His presence assures us that we are His.
