Food huh?
I have a question?

How does one "feed" a troll or the self-righteous....
........when they're already full of themselves?

Just wondering.

i think they're fed when people disagree with them, which leads them to speak out to argue to prove he (or she) is correct and everybody else is wrong.

yes? no? idk.

I seriously need to shed some weight. I overeat often, but recently lost 3 lbs. I wondered why but then remembered I used to drink so much pepsi until recently when I allowed myself maybe half a can per day, if any. Not bad considering I was drinking like 3-4 cans a day! I know it's bad, but that's what I was addicted to! Imagine all of the sugar I consumed? I shudder at the thought! 44 grams of sugar in just ONE can of pepsi! That is crazy!!!!!
Heather,

A word of encouragement. When I stopped drinking Mountain Dew I lost 35 lbs without changing anything else. (It took about a year) I have no idea what they are putting in there but the weight gain MAY be in connection with one of the ingredients they use. It may not be but it's the only thing I can think of.
:)

Here the turkey hunting is still really restricted. Also the lots where I live are about 3-4 acres so shooting a rifle is not a good idea. You can bow hunt in the yards but not rifle.

I have done that as well.....I used to bow hunt, muzzle load and gun deer hunt...now I just use a 223 HAHA....I have whacked quite a few deer and a couple turkeys with a bow.....I do have native American blood in my veins HAHAH

this is why your parents kiss you so much. :)
Well, my parents stopped kissing me when I was about ten. However, it doesn't stop my grandma from doing it. I am just glad when she is not wearing bright red lipstick.

I couldn't help myself. Love you, Ellie

I too, gave up soda in mid March and now enjoying iced tea. I never was a fan of it that was until God told me to give it a whirl and guess what I love it. I actually have much more energy than I did before.

it's all the sugar messing with insulin levels and neurotransmitters, especially dopamine.

i did this wacky food thing with some friends once.
no wheat, yeast, sugar, dairy, fruit, legumes, condiments, coffee, tea, .....

salad (no dressing) and grilled chicken, basically.
never felt better in my life.

but the dairy and black coffee no no?
dealbreaker. :)

It's also the high amounts of salt they use in the stuff too. (We started using some of the reduced sodium stuff and it takes a little getting use to. Like soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, potato chips and canned kidney beans. Once you get use to the lower sodium items and try to use the regular YUCK it's way too salty and that much salt is not good either) :p
