well, pain is subjective in intensity, but everyone says ouch when it hurts.

both emotional and physical.

Is physical hurt better, worse, or comparable to mental or emotional anguish?
Not talking about, "dang I missed the ice cream man"..but real distress.
I have experienced them all, have you and what was hardest for you to deal with?
Tough question Phil .. two different types of pain. Both can be excruciating. Have experienced the physical pain to the degree where it was difficult just to breathe. And have also suffered thru mental anguish on a serious level as well. I couldn't say which was hardest and wouldn't choose one over the over.

Hey, there's PopClick.

She is the one that answers questions....remember?
I'll leave it for the professional to answer it. :)
and how does she know just when to show up?

is that just what the pros do?

It's funny how some people are emotional stalwarts....and then those like me who are emotional Jerry Springer contestants.

Emotional anguish is worse for me. (I have a high physical pain threshold) :p

I never liked total darkness growing up either. Just enough night light to see something was my MO :)

Not everyone.......My sister laughed when she broke her elbow.....
I have had some intense physical pain, but it has never seemed as bad to me as emotional. I am just weird though....When I had a bone marrow biopsy, I laughed through the entire thing...it tickled and most people say it hurts. So I think the emotional/physical pain question depends on the person.
