Depending on the number of people to be served: Boneless - Skinless chicken breasts, Baby New Potatoes, fresh Carrots peeled and sliced, 1/2 cup diced Red Onion, season as you desire.
Slow cook until chicken is completely done (usually 4 to 6 hours on High setting).
Can pull out the breasts, and cut them up, put back in Pot.
Cook 4 servings of Pasta of your choice. Place Pasta on plate, then ladle over the Chicken, Potatoes and Carrots.
Or, you can just skip the Pasta, and have Homemade Chicken Veggie Soup.
