lol...it's true. yesterday i was trying to think of some new way to cook chicken in the crock pot.

i mixed some thousand island dressing and apricot jam with a little onion....

er, people ate it?

When I first met Grace, the kitchen (and cooking) were no man's land to her. She tried some of the strangest concoctions you could dream of all in an effort to "try something different" ... when interpreted, meant .. " I'm guessing cause' I don't know what I'm doing" :D. I hope you really like your lemon pepper flavored spaghetti . We trashed a few of her early days kitchen efforts. We simply had to :( ... lol She's pretty good now though. But if it's a nice Sunday dinner or company's coming over, I generally do the lions share of the cooking. She's still more confident if I take charge in the kitchen when it matters. I've heard of chicken being cooked in a mayo based sauce before but have never tried it. How was it ? 99% of the time, I cook my chicken (usually skinless/boneless breasts) with a steady olive oil/lemon juice/oregano spice basting :).

basting!?! too labor intensive. :p

i don't know, Mark said it was good. but he's very kind and gentlemanly.

it wasn't a recipe... i stood at the pantry and said, 'this...this...this...???'
if i get tired of making the same things, i feel he must be tired of eating them.

You can ask what you want... HE just can't offer information on shoes ;)
A woman can NEVER have too many pairs of shoes. My wife has multiple boxes full of shoes! She can be out shopping for jeans or a dress or a purse, but one way or the other, she always ends up in the shoe department. :D
