er, in NZ, won't we be herding sheep?
I'd settle for that right about now . Lots ahead for me this summer around the house now ... but we'll get around to it one thing at a time. Does get a bit frustrating tho cause I have to pick my spots here and there in between long hrs at work. I think that's the worst part ... for me anyways. :)

Good morning ladies and gents :). I've decided to turn my basement leak into an indoor pond (just thought of it last night). Grace has always wanted a water feature anyways. I'm in for some serious brownie points .

You will have to let me know how that works. (We have two leaks in the basement too)
:)

It's interesting tho how our Father points and shows us those things that truly matter during moments like this ... if we take a second to listen. I treasured that moment more than I was disappointed with the leak. God is great ... and all things come to pass :). Headin' out for work. Hope you gals and guys have a blessed day in Christ our Lord :)

*cudgels brain*

long hours at work?
i have no frame of reference for this idea. :)

i know Mark feels the same, and always has. when at work, he thinks of the home things he'd rather be doing.
and when at home, it's the opposite?

it's hard at time to tell oneself it will all get done. and harder to say, it's okay if it doesn't.
that must be why every time i need to repent in dust and ashes, i look to the coffee table.

Thank you. (I needed to hear that) :D

(My problem is they are all long term projects and it never seems like they are getting anywhere)
:p

(Kind of like bailing a bathtub with a teaspoon)

Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go." (Is 48:17)

i am praying for you this minute ♥

My wife has a subscription to Architecture Digest or something like that. Perhaps she is trying to salvage something?
I love looking at architecture.....inside and outside the way houses are built and decorated.....I should have been a real estate sales person as much as I love looking inside and outside houses.....

BTW no werewolves in London - or anywhere else. Central London is full of tourists but go to the suburbs and it's a case of "spot the Englishman" - if you get my drift!
Do you mean there are a bunch of clones that look like tourist? My Jerry? in London?....lol

Hi all, and happy birthday to me! PMom, we keep getting here right after the other leaves! You missed the egg pic I'd been promising to post for you. I'll just quote it so you don't have to look for it; brb :).

I had a nightmare last night......one of those dreams that you are so glad you woke up and it is not true.....I felt guilty and ashamed and just horrible.....

You see I was binge eating Krispy Kreme donuts and just one after another and felt horrible thinking you are already too fluffy....(tourist does not like it when I say I am F_t) but I was so glad when I woke up it was a dream and not one extra calorie was consumed.....

Man they tasted good!!!

are the tourists happy to be home and have life become more normal?
(whatever that is... ;))
YES.....There is no place like home....even if there is soot on the breaker box wall and floor below.....I will happily clean that up eventually....lol
