The Canadian news said that he posted the flag of South Africa when it was ruled by whites under apartheid. And the flag of Rhodesia when it was ruled by the white minority. And he had a Confederate flag in his collection too.
So I would definitely say it was racially motivated. The church was a very old one, and had been burned by whites in the early years.

This young man is certainly the tenth victim of the shooting. His life is over and he certainly caused great hurt and woe to a sizeable group of people.
Scripture teaches that Gods saints are counted as sheep for the slaughter all the day long and that the death of His saints is precious in His sight. The death of the wicked is not so.
Society has long been working hard at removing Christian morals and ethics from our children. Welcome the fruits of that hundred year long effort. Thank the video game makers and the politicians for their prime example of amoral behavior. Telling God we do not need His influence is yielding just the fruit one should expect.
There is no comfort for those who suffered loss in this tragedy but as we mourn let us not forget to beg God for forgiveness for our failure to teach the world what Gods word declares. Be not deceived God is not mocked whatsoever a man soweth of that shall he reap.

I understand that for sure, but the point is that the majority at the top right now in the District of Columbia are anti-gun and with the stroke of a pen the high command, king and potentate could temporarily if not fully and completely wage a war against all who have no problem with law abiding citizens having the right to own a gun......that was my point...Sorry, should have clarified.....

This is horrible! I couldn't believe it, when I heard it on the news this morning! And I do believe WE have a race problem-- the way the shooting was handled was completely different than the other mass shootings from the States (which have not been majority Black population)-- I can say that there is only one race, the HUMAN race-- but everyone has a human experience, and depending on where you are it matters differently, but race plays a part in how you are treated.
In anycase, this is a horrible tragedy. May God be with the families of those people shot, and all others who were witnesses to this senseless act.
