hahhahah I find then to be the case of sooo many sins1 a waist of God's time and really what do you get from killing people or what ever and your talking to a guy who played games most of his life XD
I really wouldn't consider video games being sinful, and neither do most other members of ChristianChat, there's multiple Christian gamers out there, plus a ton of Christians who even go as far as to stream their games.
Be they violent games or just video games in general, of course the meaning of "violent" can vary a lot from person to person.
There's no need to stop playing video games though, they're fun, they can actually help people in a lot of ways.
You just have to keep in mind that video games are what they are, only video games, and as long as video games doesn't make you lose sight of God, then you're all good. If you were addicted to gaming, I understand why you'd give it up, and if so then I think you should. But if you know the line between video games and real life, as well as not getting addicted or giving up God, you're good.
But it isn't sinful, just making that clear. I myself, do a lot of gaming, honestly, I love it. I don't think I'd give it up, however I don't put it before other people and / or God.
