Just tired of no sleep, been six months of this mess.
No, not in pain, still giving myself morphine shots
when needed. So, nothing wrong, just the norm.

I think it's my meds, not sure. Sleeping pills didn't
work tonight, took 4, slept 45 minutes. I'm just real
tired. God is in control, He will see me through.
Oh, I haven't took sleeping meds until tonight.
 
Frank, have you ever tried herbal remedies? Valerian,
or melatonin, or even chamomile and/or lavender?

Thank You God for hearing and answering our prayers. You are so faithful! We pray for our dear brother Frank that he would have a restful sleep and be rejuvenated by Your Holy Spirit. Praise You, Lord!

No, I haven't, all this started in March. The Drs don't want me taking
sleep meds. Some kind of a reaction with the meds that I'm on.
Herbal might be something I can look at. Thanks

Thank you for the prayers. As far as the sig, God gave that to me in
my darkest hour. I was on my death bed, the Drs, said go home and
die, God said, Fear not, I am in control.

How are the seeds removed? That must be so work intensive. I think about how much work is involved in farming and how relatively inexpensive things are- even though produce gets dearer all the time. It still seems the farmer gets next to nothing for all the blood sweat and tears they invest. And then how everyone is trying to get everything cheap cheap cheap- I can't blame them when most of us live cheque to cheque, but it seems unfair to expect someone else to take the brunt like that. I distrust this modern genetic engineering of our foods. Too many are too trusting, and then mock those who spend more to buy organic, or fair trade, and non-GMO. Sigh. I know the ones we planted, had 0-3 flowers on them. Some had one
flower as big as a saucer, the others had smaller ones. I don't know
alot about sunflowers, as this was the first time.

It's not that bad on harvesting them, use a combine. It takes the
seeds out, and leaves very little trash. You harvest them when they
turn black, you can touch them the wrong way, they fall apart.
I wouldn't want to pick the seeds out, no way. The crows was
the biggest problem, they love sunflower seeds.

The farmer has been on the loosing end of the stick for many years.
It's a dying breed, as we are already getting quite a bit of our food
from else where.

I know in 5-7 years, we are going to be hurting, with our food source.
They are some things that I can't talk about, thats going to really hurt
America, Canada, and the Uk. The US has no reserves in storage, as
for the grains. Clinton, sold off all the reserves, and shut down that
part of the USDA. Can't say any more, may have said to much already.
