Morning all......so its saturday....and my girls have returned
from Oregon......so one might think....hey its a beach day....
but no......its rainning.......??????

About 30 miles north east lol. Moving closer to the in-laws, church.. And some family. There isn't much where we live now, my hubby is a country boy at heart and misses the country side... I'm flexible lol. I've lived in the city most of my life, but I've also lived in the country. I like not having neighbors sharing my walls. And I love having my own space and not hearing neighbors knocking on the doors and walls..

We just gotta get outta here before I go crazy lol

Awww, that's wonderful! I'm excited for you! I am definitely a mix of city-country... my preference is to live IN the city. I love movies too much and have to go to the theater from time to time! And some times you just need those city conveniences! But I love to get out of the city on weekends or whenever possible.

So excited for your move, your new house.. and new beginnings, just the best thing ever! So excited for you!
 
Wanted to remind you God is faithful. I just got a prayer answered last night by an older gentleman who walked right up to my door. God is good all the time. Praise God!!!!!

after this horrible card called life I've been dealt, it's nice to feel things are starting to get better for me and my family. Not sure if you have done this already, but if you want to know what I'm talking about, you can go read my latest blog in my profile and it will give you an idea of what's been going on in my life since I have JOINED this site.

Dont wanna bring you down or sad or feeling pity for me, but I'm quite proud of myself and how well I've been doing. Most women my age are dealing with totally different things than I am. But I'm ok with that. God has been my best friend these past few years and I don't even want to think of where I would even BE if he wasn't apart or in my life.

Its been a crazy year but like my favorite quote from Finding Nemo... "Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming... Just keep swimming..." :)

I have exciting plans today! My son invited me to drive to Austin with him later this afternoon to meet up with some friends and do some site seeing. :D

Well whatta ya know? So you must be the awesome Christian friend my son told me he was meeting up with in Austin today. Heyyyy.... now that's some exciting news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are those your friends? They're cute! ;)

I will be spending the day with my daughter, usual Saturday routine, plus add a fairly new puppy to the mix :) She works until about noon, then I pick her up, we go for brunch, then grocery shopping, and any other errands she needs to do, then back to her place where we hang out for the rest of the day. "Her place" is her grandfather's house. :)
